Experiencing the same problems as well but can suggest a few solutions

Clutch- the setting that comes from the factory is actually really good. Initially the car wants to move if you even reduce pedal pressure but after 400~500km, the clutch clears up & becomes normal. If you try to adjust at the very beginning, the clutch engagement becomes like on-off later & gives a jerky ride. If you have done this, get the clutch setting done at first service again & the jerks will go away 90%

Low engine rpm (associated with jerks & brownouts /stalls in traffic). I mentioned it at 1st service and whatever they did, most of the day time problem are gone. However these problems are still ptesent at hight when alternator is loaded. I have been discussing with MS and the ASC to resolve this. Rpm is still under 600 though in idle

Steering- except for the centering issue, nothing too bad in the steering. We are not F1 drivers

Seats- no problems with the Delta but the Zeta & Alpha have bucket seats. In any case, none of the Indian cars have lumbar support, there is a big void where the backrest meets the base cushion. To resolve this, put a small neck cushion in that gap. It supports the spine

Parking sound- can be disabled through the MID

Is this true that Maruthi is planning to bring Android Auto to Baleno ?

What i understand is Android Auto is difficult to be implemented as it requires access to car sensors. Not sure about it. But read some where in the internet.

Satish, Did you speak with Mr. Rajeev? It is terrible the way they have dealt with your concern & car. I think we need to escalate this matter straight to Maruti Suzuki in Vasant Kunj and not to NEXA. I understand, Bagga Link from day 1 has been behaving in a shady manner with you. And with my experience, now, its time that Maruti Suzuki takes note and acts strict on them.
First of all Happy Republic Day Akash bro. Bagga Link showroom guys said I should talk to their ASC directly for any after sales issue. So instead of taking to Mr. Rajeev I talked to Mr. R.K.Sharma, manager of Bagga Link Service Centre, Vasant Kunj. He was just doing sweet talking and defending the unprofessional service and attitude of his workshop guys. I have registered the complaint with NEXA care and as usual their response was 'we will get back to you' which I doubt they will.
Maruti Suzuki HQ in Vasant Kunj is very close to my place and I think you are right that visiting them will be better than waiting for a solution from NEXA care.

I would suggest you to quote the conversation you had with RK Sharma when you approach to Maruti Suzuki in this case. These clowns at NEXA have to be taught a lesson. Bloody taking the customer for a ride. I believe that you should shift to some other NEXA ASC for servicing your car in future. Just ignore this Bagga Bugger!!

Absolutely, Maruti Suzuki has to take up this matter on priority because enough of NEXA's double standard customer care. I don't even understand, how does Maruti Suzuki can appoint such rouges as their "premium brand" sellers in the first place?

#patheticpratices!!

Yes, I am done with these guys; never going to visit them again. I need to find some good ASC nearby. And I will definitely visit Maruti office in Vasant Kunj to complain about these thugs.

Some inside talk MS changed all four doors in new production commenced from Jan 2016, due to lot of complaints from various sources regarding door dimples, vibration etc.

Not really. Every year MS takes a month long shutdown for maintainence and model change. So the factories were closed from 15th December to Mid Jan. However, since the Baleno is recently launched, the 2016 car wont be much different from the 2015 car. However, they may capture any mechanical feedback received from customers

This is alarming.

Today when parking the car in office, i turned to steering extreme right and heard some noise from the right side wheel as if something is obstructing the wheel (tik - tik - tik). [surprise].
And to test again i reversed exactly by turning the steering again to extreme right and again it sounded the same way as if something is obstructing. [frustration]

Immediately I took the car to ASC and along with SA we went to an open road where we did circles (Slowly and as well as fast) by turning the steering wheel to extreme right. But to my bad luck no sound as such this time.

Any ideas what this might be ? I asked SA if the sound is something coming from Drive Shaft and what i was told is its too early for a drive shaft to fail. and he asked to bring the car again if i hear such sound again.

Not sure what might be the reason. I am damn sure the sound came from the tyre well. Also there is no slope or anything as such in the parking bay. Its completely flat surface.

May be small rock chip struck between tyre tread made such noise, because it is cemented parking lot so stone slips.

I was wondering why the left wheel is slightly inclined away from the vertical when we turn the steering fully to anticlockwise at rest.
Don't worry about this. That is because of the +ve castor angle. Front suspension and steering system is designed in that manner for every vehicle. There is nothing wrong in what you had observed. And in high end cars with huge tyres it is more noticeable.

Can we change the steel rims to alloys without changing tyre?
Yes, we can[:D]

Actually, it doesnt really matter for this car because the brakes are adequate. Unless, of course, you want more show. My personal opinion after upgrading my Swift to alloys and then buying an alloy shod Baleno is that if there is no mechanical problem (on the Swift, I did it for better braking performance), then keep the steel rims. When you get bored with the stock look, change your wheel caps and your look is transformed with little hurt to the wallet

Guys, any other owners observe that the headlights dim when releasing clutch in 1st or when the engine gets loaded? I spoke to the ASC and the MS representative about this and they inform no one else has complained of this
