Dashboard looks really modern for a Mahindra and the design of A/C vents is also unique. Handbrake lever resembles a lot to Honda Civic BTW. It seems Mahindra has done their full efforts to make this a truly premium SUV. Anyways, a few more days to go for the official launch. I’m keeping the fingers crossed about pricing.

Another guess the price contest? Earlier I guessed the correct price for Force One and now there is such a silence about the results as if there was never such contest, where as the T&Cs mention that it will be declared within a couple of days after the launch. Hope Mahindra will not follow the same.

Yes the dash looks upmarket to me. Even the color theme looks like it has been picked up from international market. Steering looks chunky and should be good to hold. I am wishing it would have a better feedback compared to Scorpio.
I liked the interiors[:)]

Even I like the interiors. It looks way better than the boring LR inspired dash of the Aria.

Aria's screen looks as if its an afterthought, this one's seems better integrated. The dash does not look "cluttered" to me! Mahindra has been always generous with features & so the XUV may be well equipped so these buttons are expected...

Also, seats of the XUV "look" very upmarket & comfortable. I have no problem with the AC vents' design as long as it functions well.

I especially like the design of the handbrake, the interior door handles, the central armrest, the instrument console, the control stalks & the way the buttons on the steering wheel are integrated.

In all, I like the swoopy & curvy dash of the XUV. I just hope all three rows have proper space & they dont mess up like TATA did with the Aria.

I am pretty sure if you have no problem so far with looks,quality, ride of MIGHTY MUSCULAR SCORPIO, then you can pretty much live with these mosquito coil looka like AC VENTS:lol!:

Nothing like that, infact why so?

I love the scorpio (much more than the safari & innova) because I have experienced it. I have not yet seen the XUV, leave alone drive it. (I have already registered for a test drive though).

So, I will form an opinion ONLY after I see or drive it. But as far as initial opinions go, yes... I feel XUV's interiors are much better.

Yes I have experienced the 'Mighty Muscular Scorpio' as well and after experiencing it I have taken an oath to never experience it,man the ride was bumpy and oouch my bones were jarred , the body roll was so much that my sister vomited and I felt the dizzyness even 2 days after the ride, [frustration] it was only then I realized that how good a car TATA INDICA is and for me since then bye bye mahindra[sleep]

First of all you are completely comparing the 2 wrong segments.

So a test drive made you so much incidents, strange.
I didn't feel such dizzyness nor my family, they love the trip so much on it.
And there is art of driving it.
I didn't feel dizzyness after 1100 kms and 21 hours of driving to Shirdi.

More over the road conditions i have travelled, i am quite satisfied with the ride, it has gulped all kinds of roads.

May be if i put some more views there might be a spark on Tata Vs M&M.
Which i don't want to comment further.
I am resting here.
