no wonder you were driving m800 @ 220 kmph.

anyways. the aux lamps can be powered by headlight wiring if you want to use the same switch. but a better option would be to make seperate wiring with relay and fuse and connect to Battery with dedicated switch.

But I mentioned I am not having a battery in my Kinetic, Its all the A/C Way!

Yes, Kinetic at 95 kmph! Checked side by side with Pulsar 150 thouggh the pulsar showed 92 in its speedo, Kinetic showed 95 in its speedo!!!
Before putting HP Filter, It lost its breath in 85 kmph itself!

Can you take a picture of me driving a M800 @ 220 kmph when I drive another time?!???

if you don't have Battery, connect to alternator.

I couldn't take pic as you zoomed by too soon!

Are you sure that the bulb will not blow off if connected to alternator?

check the alternator voltage. ideally it should be max 14.4v. with bulb connected. any Voltage above 15v will kill the bulbs.

why is your kinetic all Black? Did it get totally burnt?
Do you want only one Aux lamp or two? For one lamp your Position is OK.

Its the all black theme I painted. Now its no more all black. It is Black with smoke grey theme now.
Indicators were not working so painted them also.
If it got totally burnt, then why should I spend on it?

Only one 55W lamp.

Man get those indicators working. Not only its illegal but a real safety hazard as people won't know where you're going. Esp at 95KMPH it could be fatal.

Seeing your zest and love for the scooter, I would'nt wonder if you'd restore a fully burnt one.

Indicator... Wiring fully burnt for indicators, horns, backlight. Only hl. is working.

Yes I have passion but budget is a? mark!!!

Hey guys,
This is my 20 plus year old Kinetic Honda. My dad got it when ge was working and is still owned by us. She has gone through around 3 make overs with the last two ones getting new parts replaced. At first she was Maroon then white then black and finally brown. Everything is working fine in her.Here is a pic of her and more pics coming up.

Well RVSB bro, In the black colour upgrade electrical work like HL, TL, and Indicators were changed. Engine was worked upon. She ran for a good 4 years in black when she again went for a brown up grade. The mechanic, who used to service it for 20 years and we became good friends said that the chassis was weak and parts like Piston needed replacement. These parts were upgraded and now after 2 years she's running good. A good upgrade costs you Rs.8000 to Rs.10000. It'll take a weeks time. You can select your favourite colour from the numerous palettes he has and he gets up the scooter to running conditions with each and every thing working.

I have some problem with the chassis.
Till 40, if I give sudden acceleration, the whole scooter would not shake and goes smoothly, After leaving the throttle at 40 and then give sudden acceleration again, the whole scooter shakes like hell and the handlebar shakes terrible.
Any chassis flex/bend/anyother?

The last upgrade that is the brown one was up to a good Rs.9000 approx. Exactly not sure about your problem. For your handle bar wobbling a good tighting and screwing up will do. Check up your rear wheel for any wobbles. Check if the rims are bent or not and get your chassis checked for cracks or holes in them. Mine was very worse maintained and after the brown update it's running quiet good. So get the rear wheel, rims, handlebars and chassis inspected. Since yours is quiet and assuming that chassis hasn't been replaced, it's better to take a look in it and if cracks have been found, it's better up for a replacement.
