Re: Hyundai Fluidic Verna VTVT SX (O) 2 Years and 30,000 Kms
We had two bumpers changed in the span of 10 days. My dad asked the guy in charge of warranties to report to hyundai about its quality. At that time the new vernas were around 6 months in the market and my service center had 90 cars with broken bumper incidents. He wrote his report as well as supplied the number of cars with bumper replacements and pictures.
Hyundai replied back that modifications cannot be performed to the bumpers.
A similar issues is with the clutch system in the petrol vernas i noticed the issue and pointed out we checked whatever petrol vernas were the from cars that just came from factory to cars that had come for service they all had the popping noise which is abnormal but till date 1 year gone since the submission of the report hyundai has not reverted back. The only thing hyundai accepts is steering rattle, the suspension, the battery terminal change and clutch master cylinder. Else where hyundai has constantly provided ecu firmware updates, and a dozen of other service bulletins.
