Brio, just like its other Honda siblings has awesome interiors. I liked the exteriors except for the sharp rear boot door. However with correct pricing i am sure Brio will get some real good sales.
But Honda, please do not price it the Jazz way. With soring petrol prices, wrong pricing wont get even half decent sales.

The interiors are good but not very futuristic like other Hondas, as one would expect. Also, rear seats are too reclined hence the boot appears to be much deeper.

I fully agree with you Knightrider, and looking at the boot space, seems smaller than a M800 to me.

Thanks for the pictures Archit! I din like the speedo , dashboard design is good though , boot is useless good for only carrying shopping items.


BTW with such lowered rear glass wont it be a problem? And vehicle slightly kisses you at the back and you have to change the whole glass , Honda's are always known for costly spares!

UPDATE: We have been informed by an authorized Honda Dealer that Brio will be launched by this September with price tag of Rs.4 Lakhs (Approx).

and do you have a hint of its heart, which mill would honda put in their brio for us,
i have heard that current 1.2L jazz engine with 65/67bhp would come in brio and current 90bhp will cater jazz along with new 1.5L city engine would also come in jazzX in coming time.

It seems that much anticipated launch of Brio in India is not too far. Honda has started testing Brio in India and NDTV auto editor Siddharth Patankar has caught Brio undergoing testing with liitle camouflage. Due to slow connectivity at my end, I am unable to post the picture at present but its available in twitter.

May be Honda has hastened the process after seeing arch rival Toyota readies Liva for a June end launch!
