Why are so many going against brio.
Head mid variant and top end will get abs and air bag.[:D]
87 horses and 109 nm of torque that weights less than ton!
Heard will be priced below 5-lakh(base).
Honda reliability and brand image.
Front looks good.Heard due to large glass area at the rear leads to good visibly.
ARAI fe of 18.4kmpl.
Power to weight ratio is 95.57![:D]
It has a good interior as well.

Now tell why dont you think it will not take the market by a suprise.
More over i10 kappa is no where cheap.

+1 to point city: for an urbane nucleus family, Brio makes much sense. It is reported to be the most fun to drive small hatch as well.

Honda Brio is coming on 27th September, 2011. Also, interestingly while surfing through web I came to know that in some market Verna is also known as Hyundai Brio.

well i saw test drive of brio from overdrive, and they confirmed like jazz, honda is offering abs and airbags from low end model of brio.I heard them very clearly about this.Not sure though will this be offering from base model from honda or not.But surely this looks promising from honda and now as they have learned from their mistakes earlier and the response honda have got from new revised pricing of jazz, sure they would price brio very correctly.

I saw this car on road today while returning from office at Vashi toll plaza towards Mumbai. There were three cars of blue color. IMO they were not looking as weird as I felt after seeing the pics. [roll]

- Honda is able to reduce prices due to heavy localization.
- Indian engineers were employed to manufacture Brio to suit Indian's needs.
- Honda Brio is localized more than 80% and hence it will be priced agressively.
- Honda is expecting to localize it 90% by next year.
- Honda is already exporting engines and components of Jazz and City to other countries such as Malaysia.
- Presently 35 dealers in 85 cities.
- Honda will expand it to 143 dealerships in 91 cities.
