It does look smaller, but that is because we are used to looking at Jazz a biggie in the segment
Although cabin space seems to have been properly utilised. Yes, boot looks small and has a high loading!
I think Honda Brio is having good features with excellent structured model.
Honda Brio comes powered by 1.2-litre Honda Jazz engine which at later stage might also get 1 liter motor. The engine used in Honda Brio runs o petrol and smoke out a top power of 89 Bhp at 6200 rpm and beating torque of 110 Nm at 4800 rpm.
Honda Siel has confirmed that Brio will launch by the end of this month (27th September 2011). They won't be offering the safety equipment such as ABS and Airbags as standard in order to keep the costs in check, which will fall below Rs.5 Lakhs.
Brio is too small (especially boot) for an average Indian to resist with. Seems like another Jazz on Indian roads.
Honda fails again to understand Indian minds.

Not on this one but only time will tell. Honda is all set to compromise its 'safety first' policy to make Brio's pricing competitive. There will be entry level Brio without Airbags/ABS/EBD. Also Brio's boot is not lesser than Swift's and its mileage is 18+ so I think Brio will prove to be the toughest competitor for Swift petrol (at least in metro cities where Honda service network is already strong)
The Brio looks awkward, especially from the rear. What has become of automotive designers these days? They seem to be in a rat race for 'Who can build the most ugliest thing on wheels'!

+1, But my friend just loves the rear looks of Brio and Ritz. He finds the design as very futuristic [thinking]So golden rule here as well - Looks are always subjective
