When is ur expected delivery date? I booked on 30th Aug at peninsular Honda, TVm and dey said it vl take 3-4 months .

Last day i made a call to hondacare one2one, i specified my concerns about the huge delay which i came to know across various sources.

They informed my local dealers and they called me back yesterday itself and again assured the delivery will be next month first week.

But they couldn't able to specify an exact date as they are unaware of when will the consignment reach here. One thing they told was, they will be notified by honda only when consignment is started.

I was expecting delivery this month itself but things are bit changed now. I'm waiting for some good news [:D].

Hi everybody,
I have booked UT Jazz X at Stallion Honda Lucknow. he told there are some 40 bookings till now for Jazz and I may only recieve the car only in dec/jan. This waiting period is painful.

And i feel UT Jazz Select looks better than X . especially the grey allows are spoiling the show.And also beige interiors look better than blue black interiors in X. Any opinions on that.

congrats! I too have booking (TW Select) done a month ago. Delivery scheduled by mid-Dec. Regarding waiting period...hmmm with each passing day my mind is tilting towards Punto MJ EP though heart still beating for Jazz [confused]

You mean by "grey alloys" I think. Yeah..Chrome grills and alloys look stunning in Select.

yeah. grey alloys dont look good on UT. and i prefer beige interiors.

Until now i got a series of delivery assurance.

1. First Week of September.
2. Before 20th of September.
3. Before September.
4. October first or second week--- latest.

Based on what i think, there been no new consignments arrived on new Jazz. They only sold are initial pieces that were given for display.
I have seen 2 variants, UT X and RED select

Just curious to know how much car will be there in a consignment?

my dealer told they ae going to recieve 4 jazz in one consignment.
by the way how did UT Jazz X look. i hope not bad. Coz i havent seen UT Jazz X in showroom . just once on road. I have booked UT Jazz X. So a bit curious.

only 1/2 have been delivered at TVM showroom.

anybody , can u gimme a Alabaster silver jazz X photo ? I've seen only silver on the launch photo. I wanna see d Silver and White photo ! Pls somebody help ;) :))

Last day i got a call from hondacare based on my enquiry of jazz availability.

They want to know how the dealer have communicated with me, to my surprise they said my dealer have already informed me of 3 months delay[surprise]. Which they don't even told me. My booking slip have mentioned only 2 months .

I told the customer care guys that i was expecting delivery this week and i haven't got any info regarding 3 month delay.

Later the dealers called, i just told frankly that if it is going to take 3 months then we will have to think about going further with jazz.

They are not still aware when will the jazz consignment reach and still they assuring delivery date with in this month.


Even though i'm frustrated i don't want to opt for another car, but things are not so good all over [frustration].

Today I went to Honda Dealership and they did not even have a demo car, but the sales person was highly courteous and professional, unlike in some other dealerships where I have been. Except for a little corporate discount and a few accessories at dealership level itself, there are strictly no other discounts on offer for the Honda Jazz. However, the waiting period is four months. And the sales person is assuring to deliver the car by January 2012. I’m attaching the break-up of On-Road Price (New Delhi) for those who might be interested.
