Would love to see some pics in here, for an inspiration for other Go-kart owners [:D].

My front scuff plates konked off, didnt get time to check if its a wiring problem or plates went dead. Miss those rich blue lights in the dark. [roll]
check out the strobe lites that i got installed at the back, to help when im reversing. I did not install at the front, since i alrady have DRLS and dont want to blind incomin traffic- ramu

thoughts?

I suddenly felt that I was at a disco.
So it lights only in reverse gear? Then its fine.
But still, a bit overdo for me. No offense mate!
Any particular reason for getting it?

yea its deftly overkill but still quite a head turner in Bangalore roads,
The connection is done for the parking light actually, so when i turn on parking lights and press a switch provided to me

these strobe come on, also it has 3 diff patterns, as u have seen in video [;)]

Re: Honda Brio: Love @ First Drive (8 Months & 9K Kms)

hey, can any1 guide me on the insurance thingy?

i have been quoted 9.3K for my car as comprehensive insurance, and 12k for Zero dep.

I will be taking zero dep, but its slightly expensive. Any other vendors who are offering good insurance rates???

Re: Honda Brio: Love @ First Drive (15 Months & 15K Kms)

but that isnt zero dep. Add-on value should be zero dep
is it necessary to have zero dep? I am happy with comprehensive honda assure, as ur aware that the whole insurance bizness in India is a big sham

Thoughts? Is it really essential 2 get Zero-dep?

Zero dep could be availed only for initial 5years of a new car.

Since majority of the parts are fibre, and adds to depreciation, i would suggest you to go for it. God forbid something went wrong, you would have to shell out the processing fee (around 1k i believe), rest all parts would be covered 100% under insurance. ==== POM [glasses]

Meanwhile, a little bit of DIY coming up shortly on my ride. Have been planning this for quite some time, but finally, managed to make it a reality. Hope it turns out good. Pics coming soon. [:D]

under normal insurance, there would be depreciation to be borne by customer with every year. But under zero dep, that doesnt come into picture. Only, add on cover cost of 3-4k would be the burden while renewing the policy. But again, there is the Peace of Mind factor for owners, especially in the era when localizing and plastic-izing is the way to make hefty profits.
