recently did Bangalore -> Salem -> Pondicherry and back via the same route, got FE of 19 with 100% AC ..
maintained my speed to 110,
pretty happy about this. btw i took my vento for the drive.

I have not used anything till date. Actually Sai Shibuu had shown me an application [do not remember the name] in his android phone. i wanted to buy one but before that I would like to know how much we can depend on it.

Did a trip in Manza from Kanyakumari -> Madurai --> Trichy --> Chennai and back via the same route. I got FE of 20 with 100% AC. The speed was 100 KMPH

My Manza QJT did its first highway trip last weekend. Let me share the FE details:

Car : Tata Manza QJT
Round Trip Distance : 500km (400 km highway, 40 km B2B City, 60 km Hills)
Max Speed : 130 Kmph
Avg Speed : 80-90 Kmph
AC : 100%
FE : 18.75 kmpl

I was expecting around 20-ish but the uphill and B2B streets must have played spoilsport.

Any body pls advice me about my amassador car differential gear which will be beter for high speed and good pick up my amby is fitted with issuzu 4FG1 engine

FE update:Ran 171.6 Km and filled 11.31L of Diesel.Got 15.2 Km/l.

Overall since 1200 Km-15.4 Km/l.

This month overall FE:14.65 Km/l=15 Km/l.

City runs only.

Sir what was your FE for trip MAS-BLR for the TAI meet?

All I am asking is, 1) I am not convinced with this TD for FE check, even if I do, not about the Figure achieved under this condition. 2) Just think more than the driving conditions, is there anything else which could affect the FE? Recently serviced, new Air Filter, New Tyres, what else?

Update: After the Mileage Test and recent drives (mix of City & Highway 50/50), the FE on today's Tank Full was... 14.32 Can you believe it?

I am frustrated now. Need you suggestion guys...
