Sounds interesting. The competition is very stiff in Brazil it seems.

I am not sure we'll get the entire package in India as in Brazil. Some cost cuts will be done in the variants and i hope ford will come up with right price. Duster looks SUVish and the Ecosport looks more like muscular.

Marun - the Brazilian market is same as India somewhat and competetion is more there then we have here .
Ecosport from 2003 enjoyed there a cult status among young generation same like the safari enjoys here only difference is it sold more then tata has sold their safaris.
Ecosport has been a global product so what you see will be retained 90%

@ GOwDA - can you find the spec sheet specially the dimensions of the ecosport ?
But if ford cuts unwanted features and price it better why not ?

Thanks for the info dude. Hope it will be retained 90% as you say.
I am thinking that ford may drop the rain sensors, traction controls and other goodies.
Hope they will price it well. Shouldn't be like new fiesta strategy.

Msn@- this engines will not come in India we will have desiel and ecoboost engine .
Ecoboost in city like Mumbai in city must give 16 .
