Great Job,

But one question from my side i.e. arent these yoga mats are made of flamable material?
Whereas in a car, even the seat fabric is made of fire retardant material.
So how far it is safe in terms of fire.

Great Job guys,
but in India we should get Dynamat or other similar products at a much cheaper rates. They are way costly and their originality is always questionable...

Small suggestion guys, try a different gum/ glue for the roof. I had installed Yoga Mat on my car roof, the intense heat in the roof, simply melts the glue (Fevicol SR) after sometime and it tends to develop air bubbles here and there and finally falls down. i will upload pics of it soon.

Varun & SS80- Is this Yogamat help to reduce heat from roof? Can we fix moulded roof in the type 2 in type 1? any idea about the cost. please suggest if any other good options available?

Yes heat is reduced, better you fix the molded roof as in type 2 800, it costs you 1700rs MPG..

successfully did on my nano today. used thermacol sheets. i couldn't find yogamats here. thermacol 2 meters 80rs and sr paste to stick them. took almost 3hours for the job and i broke 4 to 5 door pad buttons. since i have little space i pasted from inside.

nano's window mechanism causes the vibrating noise

my doubt is will it eliminate the road noise?

Thermocol sheets ..Have you used the one which was used to make projects in our school time or the one which is flexible ?

Now the ratting should be less.. yes road noise will be reduced..
