Should we order the Viofo A119 V2 Dashcam along with GPS and CPL kit?

CPL helps avoid dashboard glare creep into footage (but reduces night time visibility) and GPS embeds your location data to the video file and also stamps your speed in the footage directly. So if your budget permits, definitely buy the entire kit (including hardwiring).

Obviously get the entire kit for the Viofo A119 V2. And make sure it is the V2. But if short on budget, Viofo A118C2 is also great for the price it comes. I am content with my Yi Dash camera now

Wish the roads get a bit better. This particular section is in good condition, rest of the parts are bumpy

Yi Dash cam is a very value for money product but its color and shape makes it very easily detectable. To make it more discreet, i have wrapped it with matte black vinyl. Also got CPL filter (49 mm) to reduce dashboard reflections and my Biege A pillar reflections.
And for people looking for buying a new dash camera, Aliexpress has lined up huge discounts on 11th of this month, the dash cams to go for are the Yi Dash Camera, SJcam SJDash, Viofo A118C2/ A119 V2/ A119S

For Aliexpress, its DHL or Fedex. But they are costly. At some point DHL/FedEx Shipping charges exceeds the price of the product. I got mine through Aliexpress Standard shipping (Singapore post), it got stuck in Kolkata Foreign PO due to festive season and took 45 days to deliver but no customs duty was applied on it.

CPL filter on my Yi Dash cam. Makes quite a difference in the footage after CPL filter installation.

Dashcam:
Most of the contacts I know buy from Aliexpress or ebay with international shipping. You can check out Viofo A119, Yi dashcam are good choices to look for.

Vacuum Cleaner:

Which DashCam?

Hi,
I'm looking for a DashCam for using in car.
My priorities are:
1) Budget about INR 10-12K
2) Wide Angle
3) Single Channel (I know, I can't have a Dual-Channel one in this budget. But if you find one for me, TIA. )
4) GPS and WiFi
5) Supports large capacity cards
6) Good/sturdy Suction Cup
7) G-sensor
8) Automatic Safe Storage of Footage
9) Good night vision
10) Atleast Full-HD 60FPS, to be able to read regn. plates of moving vehicles
11) Big aperture (F 1.33 ??)
12) Easy file transfer to mobile/laptops


Although SJCAM DASH+ fits my requirements brilliantly, I am not able to find any good reviews of the same.
Second option is AUKEY DashCam. It is slightly cheaper as well, reviews are good but not trustworthy.

Looking forward to TAI community for help.

Please check out Viofo A119S as well. Dashcamtalk website has few other models you can pick from, but most of them are international buys (aliexpress, gearbest, banggood, ebay etc).

Blaupunkt dashcams are same as Chinese dashcams. I have checked its UI and its just like A118, A119 dashcams amd hardware could be outdated.

If possible, import Viofo A119 v2 from USA. Otherwise checkout Procus Convoy on Amazon India.
