lots of LEDs true, but i am more interested in the angel eyes....

since my figo is silver is color, i am thinking of going in for white LEDs driven by a Arduino.
Arduino is a small RISC microcontroller and quite powerful for controlling LEDs!

Re: Led detailing on my car

Well I feel the led has been bit overdone. A little less would have added more to its charm. The last image looks good. Hope your lights are not blinding the oncoming traffic.

Hey guys was planning for a DIY to make the Audi type DRL. Well Im still not sure how those DRLs are made to seem like a continous tube emitting light rather than the bulb type. I have seen a Cruze headlight with a similar DRL. What I have thought, is to fog the glass/plastic casing with some matte finish cellotape our use the same chemical that we use to etch paterns on glass.(my point is that glass must be covered with something opaque enough to make the light refract inside itself). If the bulbs can still be seen prominently that particular region can be opaqued more. And moreover if we use more LEDs per unit length the bulbs can be less prominent. Sadly Im bafly cash stripped and have exams coming up so won't able to do it is anyone else ready? And please tell me wether its feasible or not?!
Thanks,
Daipayan
