dismal or should i Say appalling numbers to say the least.
Whats even more disappointing is them mixing their sales figures among the vehicles.
Feels they are pretty much not confident about their product lineup.

Yes it is indeed disappointing, competitors pushing away the company very much, but there is also one thing as the year is ending now there would be no buyers,
Who knows December sales figures might shock the Automotive Industry.

Innova is clearly facing the heat of Ertiga.Way to go Maruti!

If Innova sales have also fallen, it's all due to Ertiga. High time TM did something about that. They have what it takes to emerge winners in any type of market.

Its actually double dent by Quanto and Ertiga.
Once Ertiga will prove its metal than it would be very hard for Innova to gain numbers pass the 3000 units mark.
This also somewhat proves my theory that atlest 25% sales of Innova comes from personal vehicle category. and now people have good options in the form of Quanto and Ertiga with high fuel average and 7 seater with Maruti Service backup, that why should one pay 4 Lac extra for somewht same car.

Numbers are very bad, considering you had Diwali and festive offers in November. Companies trying different statistical angles to make the figures more palatable. Everyone has taken the hit (including MSIL) when compared with October numbers.
Don't think December would be any better without change in the strategy or price. Anyone has details on FIAT?

On the flip side Fiat just sold 200 odd units of linea+punto combined.

That is due to heavy discounts and also release of pure 4X2.

And no doubt I have started spotting bit more Arias on road.

IMO Aria should sell around 500 units per month to remain in contest not meagre under 300 units per month.
The worst part is image of TML in terms of Reliability.
Although Aria is a much better product than all other UVs (yes it is a better product) sut due to its high pricing makes it a costly product to own. otherwise at the price i have bought it in Delhi its a VFM (12.4L OTR New Delhi for 4x4 Pleasure variant).

Aria was made to compete against Innova which means atleast 2000 units a month would be considered average.
300 units must have gone to airport crew cabs or Hotel Taxi..disappointing I would say!

Mahindra continues to grow stronger and increases the gap with Tata heading front in the race. Even after the Duster show its amazing to see Scorpio selling above 4000 units
XUV still going strong as expected which will only get better for me.

Storme and safari together sold about a shocking 1052 units . Does it mean storme hasn't yet stormed into the market !!Aria saw an increase of just about 200 numbers and sold 340 odd units,thanks to the pure variant.
Why is Aria being sold in hundreds?
Where is TATA heading to ? Do you see storme impact on the Tata sales positively in coming months ? I don't think so.

Fortuner saw a decline about 250 odd numbers. Is this the Rexton effect though it sold only about 120 units.I sincerely want the fortuner sales to dip really bad in the near future which would urge Toyota to add more features to it and justifies its price.
