Vento has done 79500 Kms as of today.Running is getting reduced slightly due to lack of driver and from Jul 1st till Aug 1st,it has done just about 1100 Kms in a month,which is lowest ever.Regarding second car,thinking for Creta as our second car whereas Vento would be used by myself from next year onwards as I'm turning 18 next year.

No it will be used by myself from next year onwards.My dad is planning to book Creta for himself as he is the one who will use the car or else will go for Ecosport AT for us whereas Vento will be used by dad.Had a look at new Vento yesterday and impressed with it.

My cousin booked hyundai creta sx(o).
Costed him 16.3 lakhs on-road Hyderabad.

in my opinion Hyundai verna sx(o) makes sense if he's going to buy creta. Now verna is also coming with 7 inch touchscreen...

Forgot to mention bro creta diesel automatic has 6-7 months booking!!!!. Manual sx(o) 4 to 6 months!!!. So if you book car now. You'll get in 2016.... get xuv w6 or w8 or even new vento is good. Try to get Chevrolet cruze lt also it's will be perfect upgrade from vento.

It's steering is joystick(No offense to Hyundai creta owner's) when compared to my Linea or cruze or even Figo... but creta and xuv is similar xuv has little better steering than creta(but xuv is a full size suv!!). I have driven creta at 150 kmph trust me i had not dare to do more. at one corner didn't feel confident to push it. At same speed my linea and cruze will glides even avventura i have driven at same speed( i will do more airport trips). Didn't driven hyundai verna fluidic don't know why all enthusiasts says it's big leap than verna steering(thinking how pathetic was verna steering once again no offense to Hyundai owners). Even s cross handles well than creta. So if you love gadgets and wow looking factor not much interested in driving then go for creta.
Don't know how much true it is but many experts says steering has improved in new verna 4s...

Sorry bro.Have decided to go for Creta.My dad and his friends have decided to book 3 Cretas for themselves.But confused with variant.I like SX(O) due to 17 inch Alloys and extra features whereas SX+ has 16 inch Alloys.SX(O) costs ₹16.3L whereas SX and SX+ costs ₹14L and ₹15.3L on road Hyd.At first,I used to hate Creta due to pricing,but after S-Cross pricing became disaster and looks,started liking Creta.
If we want to replace our Vento with new car,it would be another Vento with DSG this time.Even after doing 80K Kms,still feel better than my brother's 2011 Swift Diesel,which is nearing to 60K Kms in 4 years.
BTW,I love this new colour in Vento.Its carbon steel grey.Taken with my Nexus 5 so excuse for the quality of pic.And,the difference between our present Vento and new Vento.The car in the left belongs to us whereas Brown one was taken at VW dealer yesterday.

Ok bro. So decide on sx(o). Waiting period is too much 3-4 months. Sx+ Automatic variant has 6 months of waiting period... once Testdrive s cross also. It's 50k higher than creta but offers more future's.

Sad update!!
No.It doesn't have projectors.
Sad update:Our Vento has met with an accident today.My mom was driving the car and she suddenly applied brakes and hit the police vehicle Tata Sumo.Bonnet,Bumper got crashed.Had to go to police station and file the FIR.Luckily by Gods grace we have escaped with no injuries.Now,car got towed for repairs.
Taken the pics immediately.Now posting the pics.Excuse for the pic quality as i have taken with my iPhone 6.

Me and mom were going to Banjara Hills for a work via Indira park and Sumo was in front of our car and we were almost to that Sumo and she applied brakes suddenly and finally bonnet came out.We and that Sumo driver did mistakes.BTW,the FIR was filed at Chikkadpally PS.We had to roam around 3 hours for this.Now,we are claiming the insurance and the car got towed to VW Deccan,which is the nearest A.S.S from our home.
For now,we are thinking to buy another vehicle for mom.

Thinking the same for mom.She felt no car is better than Vento in terms of driving pleasure.I think i20 or Polo GT comes close to Vento when it comes to driving pleasure.Dad was planning for Micra but said no as service centre is not good in Hyderabad and it's a flop vehicle.Jazz or i20 fits our bill easily but my dad prefers i20 over Jazz any day.Had a look at Jazz and felt rear space is way better than Vento and ₹72L BMW 5 series.Convincing him to get Jazz or i20 as a second car.

Obviously,Jazz and i20 doesn't come close to Vento but Jazz Petrol comes close to Vento.The car which comes close to Vento is Swift Diesel.Its way fun to drive in city and easy for our Hyderabad traffic.But,the thing which is worrying us is rattles.My brother's Swift Diesel has lot of rattles even after doing about 60K Km in 4 years and previous car before Vento was the Swift Diesel.We sold it off before clocking 80K Km in Feb 2013.It was a Feb 2010 one and silver colour.

. Also, now that car has a accident history, the value further goes down while selling. In-case the history is verified at time of selling, I doubt, you'll get a good price on selling it.
