thanks Neil... I dont have aux wire so used blue-tooth.. hv compared the quality of pen-drive & blue-tooth earlier & there could be a difference of 5%, not more..

About AUX, quality depends on the quality/gauge of wire so blue-tooth a better option.. and the video I downloaded was HD.. so much better if you play direct from a laptop/youtube or mp3.. you can see in the video, even in the trunk blue-tooth connection was working great..

that plank in my sedan has increased its output of vibration now.. and i hate it.. i have to find some solution soon..

Sub is doing mind-blowing job buddy.. and these comps are too good.. you must go for these.. waiting for your video...

@ shubham.. 50k is the cost buddy for 1 mono amp, 1 4ch amp, sub with enclosure, comps & wiring (gt a great discount)... but if I go by MRP, it would cost 70k...

@ Shubham, mp3 is a patented digital audio encoding format using a form of 'lossy' data compression, lossy formats are good for smaller file size against loss of audio quality..

HD videos are as good as wave files (waveform audio file format - more commonly known as WAV due to its file-name extension).. professional users & audio experts worldwide use only WAV format files for maximum audio quality & HD for videos..

No way mp3 would sound better then a HD/wav... to check the best output or sound quality, always play wav (Audio CD) or HD formats...

one thing i compared today. played few same songs in my car and friends i10.
he has pioneer HU and sub.
Our stock HU dont process the mp3s properly. some of the bass frequencies in the song are not being played although while in Ultimate bass tester track those frequencies plays well. I dont understand why but it must be because of those SRTV and Loudness etc settings that those aftermarket HU's have.
I felt it do make some difference.

Anyways i cant afford new HU for now. have to live with this.

Human hearing range is 20hz to 20000 hz.

so if you cant listen below 20hz in that track , you are normal and if you can , you are alien.
I cant hear between 30 hz to 20 hz. i will ask my friend to listen it if he is able to. do i have hearing loss:eek:

Dude Pioneer HU's are the best in terms of quality & EQ controls you get.. you can get the sound, the way you like from good Pioneer HU's..
Our stock HU is no where closer to Pioneer.. But new age pioneer quality has reduced, now its been imported from China.. am hearing JVC is good these days from ICE Gods... Alpine is BIG DADDY of all HU's but damn costly & no A.S.S available in India...

Btw, i10 is a hatchback, and any hatchback would sound better over sedans in terms of punch/bass & speakers too, bcz you get shoulder level sound.. you play audio CD's in stock HU for good quality..

For the test purpose, I played mp3 & wav format of RockStar in our stock HU, and difference was easy to notice.. there were many drum beats which you wont hear in mp3 formats.. you can download wav files in your phone & play them using blue-tooth, this also gives you better sound, better then mp3 formats..

This is the reason am gonna buy HU but at a lil later stage.. interface is also available now to use our steering controls.. I have 2 HU's in mind at the moment.. JVC KW-AVX846 & ALPINE IVA-W520E...
the best part in JVC, HU is capable to play wav formats from USB, bigger LED screen.. which is the best thing to have in car.. audio CD quality from a USB, amazing..
And the best part of ALPINE is EQ controls, 3 times more controls then JVC.. but the cost of JVC is 20/21k & ALPINE is 40/42k... if I can get it from USA, i would be saving 12k on Alpine... but no A.S.S available.. [anger]
Lets see what am gonna do, too confuse at the moment.. [confused]

why i sold my sony HU. i shouldnt have [cry] It had 3 preout. 1 specially for sub.

plank is the next thing i will change. that guy told that he will make a hole in the middle of plank + he will make it in such way that that rear brake light above it will be covered into it. Let's see how he does it.

@Jerwin
Thanks. it looks good.

btw i have removed rear seats myself yesterday and stuffed the whole plank with sponges from below the plank. sound is almost 98% gone. now 50w speaker is like 2w . when i play a sub alone very little sound comes in some frequencies but not at all noticeable along with vocals.

sponge cost - 150 rs.[:D]
