Buddy if your car has projectors, do not fall in any funda of Osrams or LED bulbs.
Straight away go for 4300k 35W AC HID kit.
Many kits are available on ebay or aliexress.

You can contact @TDautoz who is owner of Uglare on this forum.
BTW welcome to the forum.

@bhvm some help here too. I too own a ciaz and am planing to upgrade my headlamps .
Bulb type is H7 and low beam is projector and high beam is reflector.
can you please suggest if an HID in the Low beam projector is good enough or do i have to change both the low and high beam for night time driving, as I do a lot of long distance driving at night.
2nd option is retrofitting a Bixenon projector setup in the fog lamp housing. please advice.
Can you please suggest how to do the HID wiring without damaging the OEM headlamp dust cover.
thanks

I suggest upgrading step by step
Install 4300k HID in low beam projectors. And in OEM fog lamps

this setup is mostly satisfactory to everyone.
If left wanting, think about swapping standard High/low beams for Quad Projector Bi-xenon setup.

HID will not work in standard high beam bowl as switching kills them. You can take a shot at High beam assists-

Its pathetic how even showroom sells 8000k
That shows they do not have any knowledge on beam quality and color.
BTW no Wire cutting or splicing is required. Just a small tear in dust cap to pass wires.

Guys just an update got a 4300K 55W HID kit put for my car when I got my ICE upgraded last weekend. The light is excellent. Have just low beam pictures for now, shall post more soon. Thank you bhvm for your guidance.

P.S : The picture says 6000k but it is just for reference and have actually put 4300k itself.

@thegreatv - how much this costed you ?

I had again went to the showroom for some work and I wanted to see the bulb and is this bend normal ? [lol]
I asked him if the ballast is AC or DC (it's not mentioned ) he said there's nothing like that. So the guy just refuses anything he doesn't know.
And today he quoted me 13k for these.

AHC, this is extremely poor quality bulb not even worth 1.3k, let alone 13k
And dark blue return wire means that its 8000k.
In the first page of this thread you can see pictorials about picking up right quality bulb.

Today after a long wait I got my shipment of HID's and ballasts from UGLARE.
Bulb type: H7,
Color temp : 4500 kelvins
Ballast: 35 watts quick start + canbus
The packaging was slightly damaged in transit as you all can see from the pics, but the bulbs are working fine.
Installation was a DIY, My first [clap] DIY.
I think I need to align my left and right side headlamps a bit.
The HID's were installed in the low beam projectors. High beam and fogs are regular halogen bulbs.
Please ignore the dirty engine bay [lol]
Please don't ask me the cost cause am also not sure bout the cost, will have to check with Mr. Abhishek of uglare who was my point of contact . He is a thorough gentleman, he entertained all my stupid questions and queries during transit and during the installation, He shipped the bulbs and ballast as soon as it was available with him, He said first install-check and revert, and if the product is not up to the mark then I can return the product back to him. Gurus please let me know if I have to make any changes.
