Hi Nuthan,
I booked Quanto C8 and will be receiving it in few days time. Could you let me know if you went for under chassis coating and teflon coating? If so, what price you paid?
dude i guess you are the one who are asking for the this in facebook mahindra quanto page.?
well dude if you are staying in costal region then for it else spend the same amount for other accessories,
since you stay in bangalore which is not a coastal city , you can avoid both under chassis coating and teflon.
there is no teflon coating done. it is just wax polish named teflon similar to xerox copy.
it is just a copier not a xerox copier.
yes you are right its just a gimic . to attract the the peoples
No buddy we haven't decided fully on the car yet, we are buying a car which suits us only in June
My dad has 10+ years of driving experience, but the real problem where it lies is his age, he is 50 and feels bit scared of driving big cars(maybe he got used to drive the Alto which is smaller and easier to drive).
The seat height adjustment did not help him in anyway when he test drove the storme.
Oh okay point taken, yes we have to know lot about maintaining a diesel car.
No worries.
as per my knowledge just complete 3500kms and the vehicle have gone for hornadu trip so i guess may be next week we will be giving to service so will give you the complete details about the 1st service
cause for us the scorpio was taking 2rs/km in service (hope you understand this )
and in that cause i dont think so your dad faces problem yes even my dad is also of 50 years now still he only drives the vehicles when we go for long trips
thats cool then plan well and purchase the vehicle y we went for this one means we had our grandpa in our mind as he was of age 76 so the hatchback/seden will give him a problem to sit for a long time and also his knees wil be pain
@Vishwas:Coming from a low seating car like the Alto, the Quanto feels a bit awkward. I had he same problem, so did my dad.The driving position is high.
It does provide good road presence and good view of the road.
You do get adjusted to driving the car after a bit of time.
Since it was not available in petrol, we went with the Ertiga. It is a bit lower than the Quanto.
Any car that is higher will pose a problem. It will take time to get used to.So get one you are comfortable overall with and enjoy it.
boss how can you say that the vehicle is awkward ?from small vehicles to big vehicles?
and yes mahindra wont leave petrol vehicles(like honda concepts they never released any diesel model but heard they are now )
to be frank their is no difference of height between eritiga and ritz they are same in height may be length wise different
can i know one thing does the road is visible from front while you are driving in ertiga or ritz ??? if so please let me know
and all the 4w vehicles are through experince and the idea
well even me to use to drive santro and maruti omini then only stated scorpio
in that time i use to feel difficult in the starting days cause those vehicles like small now powerstearing ,and all after few day i got adjusted .
and
