Frankly speaking till 1000km just forget about FE whatever it shows. It is a false information that FE drops, in fact FE increase after 10000km, so if you want the real FE figures then you need to wait till vehicle hits 10000km, this is with my experience and also what service people told me.

Now just only enjoy your new Quanto , #9orget everything

dude i dont agree cause it was jut some comments in facebook and ##well by 2day goin to fill it for full tank lets see .
And well what you said after 10k KMS FE will drop its really false . Our 06crde scorpio was giving 14.2kms/l will you believe tis ? Tats in city was giving 12kmpl
Wat you mentioned that meter is false reading on dude its true cause i had same experience even in innova also and it was showin the same

almost reached
had been to a long drive of 411kms
but couldn figure out the millage
as
we filled for 19.48lts(1000rs)
and the person told me that in reserve there will be 10lts
so have just noted out the reading and got 23.3km/l as an average milage

but it was from chandrapur to kirshnagiri highway and even got the same milage upto utangarii we got ready of AFE as 30km/l

and from utaingiri to tiruvanamalai was really worst roads and droped to 17km/l
and the traffic was hell then bangalore it took 6.30hrs to reach the spot and while coming back 4.40hrs
in an average we got 19.5km/l (even though its treated as pondy highway the roads are really worst and its some wat like a normal city type driving and for every 50-70 mts have to change gear from 5th to 2nd slow down apply break) ccrap to TAMIL NADU GOVT

hate such kinds of road so decided i wont count this for millage

will take my vehicle on BANGALORE-DARMASTALA/MANGALRE else
BANGALORE-TIRUPATI to know the exact millage on highways

the drive was good but only thing wat i felt bad was the roads in pondy highway
else if the roads are like our karnataka or AP means surely will get 25+km/l and the drive speed was bellow 100 only and yes was in 80km/h was the maximum in the entire journey and by now have completed 800kms
