@ sethumurugan sir i read the form. I am not sure about the details of the request for a plant tour that you sent to VW but i feel it will be better if we inform them who we are and what is the purpose of the tour as after so much of enthusiasm there should not be any problems later on. Also about the names and designation list i feel you better ask them that since this is not an organisation where people have designations and that all are free at the same time but to tell them that we are people from different professions who are making arrangements for the tour so would it possible if you could submit them a list of names and ask them if the changes can be made later on if required during urgency. I don't think there should be any issues to VW but its always better to confirm things at start.

About the map, it is given from Mumbai to Chakan so for people travelling from other places will have to refer a different one.

I am just giving of some points which i felt you can write it to them if you wish in your own words.

Pls see the mail which I had sent in which I have clearly mentioned about us and out forum. For that only I got reply confirming that we can visit them on 7th March. Hope am clear.

I kind of did not get this line is it about our salary your speaking or AL employees.

i was talking about AL employees Salary. I am from system support for the Time office/PayRoll users. Till last month the payment was on 10th so I was supposed to be in office for first 10 days till the payment is on. From this month it is decided to do the payment on 5th. So my presence is must for first 5 days. That is what I was mentioning and I think there wont be any other problem (which generally crop up in every systems project suddenly) on march payment.

There is a hotel I stayed last time which is near to rly.station which is decent enough and I paid less than 2k. Our member tornado has seen it and was impressed with the room and the price.

Anywhere that is decent and reasonable is fine.

Can someone from Pune volunteer and confirm a good hotel in the Chakan area.

I will search some good hotels within a radius of 5 kms from Chakan and provide with the options and there rents

I don't remember the names of all hotels, but few there in Chinchwad MIDC area (Nigidi - Bhosari Road) are decent. There are quite a few in fact near Telco Chowk and also in Ajmera areas. Nigidi has couple of decent Service Apartments as well.

If we can find even some dormitory, that won't be a bad idea too I feel. It would be quite economical and give the fun of having all under one roof. Just my opinion.

This application was prepared keeping a college or company in mind, so they are asking for designation. How do we fill this form?

I don't think sharing the Designation of each won't be a concern. I don't mind at least. If one or few won't like it, everyone can share it privately with you and you can collate it. Just a suggestion.

Yeah Sethu, let us show who TAIgers are - TAIgers are not afraid of driving from Chennai/Bangalore and never takes bus/train/flight.

But i would just say to write them a mail regarding the name list or the count and if the name list is required can it be changed incase if someone wants to join in later on or wants to drop out. Yes. In the first mail itself I had clearly mentioned.

And I have got clarified most of our doubts.

Summary of it

• We need to confirm in 1 or 2 weeks from now. So I have thought of fixing final day for confirmation as 31st January and 1st we will send the confirmation mail with members list to VW
• If we feel March 7th is not going to feasible for most of us we can think of a date in April (Feb and mar slots are full)
• They have provided provision for 15 numbers only. If we have more than 15 we can attach a separate excel sheet
• Company as well designation is optional. So we need not to worry about it
• They are flexible enough to accommodate drop outs and new addition

@ sethumurugan sir good that you have clarified the stuff all looks well but do not go to push the dates to april as people find march also a bit too far to commit anything then april will be much far away and the meet will almost die out. I would rather suggest that let the date be the same and let people make adjustment towards it and see if they can come or not. As of for the list send all the names the ones confirmed and the ones tentative as there will not be any problems in changing it as mentioned by you.

Sorry for the Offence but i would rather suggest that you should respond with some positive confirmation of your presence for the Plant tour and let others take their own decision if they would be able to join or not as everyone one is in different profession and it not possible for all to make time when they have some prior commitments. We know that Sethu sir has taken a very good initiation and would like it to go in smoothly without and foolish things being created.

I don't think if Raja is available in Mumbai and not occupied by any show will miss this tour
