thanks rajvardanraje. regarding revving i tried revving the engine when the car is stationary and the needle went only upto the 2500 mark where as it goes higher when the car is moving. when i had informed the dealer they told me that its the norm. is it true ? as you had mentioned that it can rev up to the red mark freely.

checked with the dealer again they have reassured that at standstill the rev will reach only upto 2500rpms. can any of the vento diesel owners confirm whether their car can rev above 2500 - 3000 rpm when in standstill.

i refused the vw insurance on buying my baby. they had quoted rs 45000/. i opted for the reliance insurance whose price was 35000/. both of them are bumper to bumper / zero depreciation policy.

Yes taking insurance outside always saves some money. Even we took Insurance for our Aria on our own and we saved around 15k. We took TATA AIG and that is zero depriciation policy.

Nice choice smooth rider. Even our member J.Ravi has similar mats in his Linea. I feel these must be easy to clean and use.

Air-out Button: Once the fuel is filled till the rim, if we press this button, air inside the tank will be let out. Then, we can fill more fuel.

But in a regular filling, I prefer to fill only about 80% tank capacity, so that there is some space left inside, for the fuel the expand.
1. Where do i find the button?[surprise]
2. Is this a safe method?
3. What is the use of filling it?

bought 3d kagu mats .price rs 4500 + 300 for freight. bought from bangalore by my friend, received it today.[:)]
The mat looks awesome [thumbsup]! Is there any link that we could check on for our drives?
