That is just a assumption. They have mentioned it as autocar version. So its just "their" sketch of the city.

Sorry I had missed out this post. Yes the amaze was launched in thailand before india. But I dont know if there were spy pics in thailand ? What I can recollect is the first pics were out during media TD in Japan/Thailand. (not really sure)
But in India there were no spy pics of amaze and brio before their launch. Both were considered to be 3 cylinder. But then you know what !!! 4 pot oil burner.
No the new city will be launched in India on November 25th. 2 weeks to go

This one has got the Honda badge on the bonnet while the new city will come with the badge on the grill under the bonnet.

That looks more of a crider or a accord to me. And the same point again. The badge on the bonnet. The new city will come the badge on the grill. what say?

But I told him that, nothing concrete from my side and if its too big, or price range is not inline with the current City then I will get out. There is no cancellation charges. Hope the cloud will settle with in a month, so worst case one month interest is lost! @Indian: Hope it works out for you. My number here at a Bangalore dealership is in the 20s. Meanwhile, Honda has sent out invites for the 25 Nov press conference for the new City:

Bopanna, are you going for the Diesel or Petrol?, I have less than 1000Km\month running so mostly I will be opting the Petrol. But all depends on the pricing too, since there are speculations new City being replacement for Civic
But just matter for couple of days.

Ideally, I need a diesel for my mileage. But will make a call once the pricing is out - the on road price can vary by a huge amount if ex-showroom crosses 10 lakhs in Karnataka. The dealer is flexible about deciding fuel type and variant after official launch.
I think the Nov 25 event will just be the unveiling - we'll have to wait some more for the price announcement.
