Congratulations.. Heard that earlier the booking no:, earlier the delivery..
Online users are blessed..!!

I am flooded with calls and SMS's almost the every other day. Not heard anything about the delivery dates. Concorde Mysore Road guys had called to confirm the variant and colour. I am going for the Revotron XT. Would want to see the beige and sky grey personally before confirming. The website colour would not be exact and I can already see it w.r.t beige colour on website and the actual car used during the media drive in Goa. I have heard that the deliveries might start in as less as 15 days(Revotron only).

The TASS has been proactive in getting and explaining the details at least. Hope they continue the same after

In Kerala I heard, Revotron has 15 days and Diesel+AMT has 60 days waiting period..!!

TML should've capitalised on the initial hype by delivering the petrol/diesel units together, since there would be lot of takers on the VGT Quadrajet with 90 Bhp + AMT

Everybody is trying to get on the AMT band wagon. More delay will only dent the sales chart since TML hasn't proved in their petrol offerings. Though Revotron looks very promising.

Hi Vaibhav,

Why don't you take a look at Revotron XM variant which has got most of the features including alloy wheels, audio head unit with steering mounted controls, Projector headlamps etc which is not available in the swift Vxi also. If you are strictly not on a budget constraint do take a look at the XMS variant as well. You almost have a top end model with ABS, Airbag in the offering.
Any variant of Zest is definitely a better value for money comparing the features with which it has got to offer.

Good and congrats, its XMS. Top end is XT.
Real time mileage might be around 12-13 in Petrol, which is the case with most of the petrol hatches. Or we might get more in Eco mode, but driving might take a toll

Well, there could be huge number of people who have booked the Zest. WWW search suggests that Zest booking have crossed 5 figure mark. If that is so, its truly a blockbuster for Tata.

In no time we would see multitudes of Zesters zipping on Indian roads.

Maruti honda will have to cut prices

I feel ZEST is the nest swift in sales

Dont if these points have been captured in our reviews but would want to point some subtle points that I observed and liked in the ZEST.

1. To start the vehicle, you have to press the clutch even if the vehicle is in Neutral position. Marvellous!
2. The door closes with a nice crisp thud, just like the Polos and Ventos. Super.
3. On turning on the ignition before the engine starts, all the lights in the instrument cluster lights up, the dials (RPM and ODO) does a clean sweep till end and come back to Zero. Very Nice.

Top variant that i drove had reverse sensors but no camera things i noticed in zest 1) Silent cabin 2) Refined engine 3) Better interiors IMHO best in class

Nope. XMS just adds Height adjustable driver seat, Driver & passenger airbags and ABS over XM.
Zest doesn't have parking camera. It just has reverse sensors.

Guys I also thought of booking a Zest(buying one in fact) but the dealer here 'Concorde Delhi' is just not willing to be serious I guess. No response from their side in three days!

Now will look for some other dealer else some other car maybe.
