Your car looks like a really awesome, rest of the cars in your locality would be calling him, "Whitty Dude"!

Why dont you do blackening of the headlights (one the lines of new Indigo ECS), and installing projector ones(one the lines of Storme). It will look killer IMO.

Congrats on your new alloys. It looks good. You can also add silver or grey colour radium stickers on the lip of the alloys. It will make even good.

Whity's Suspension is back to Normal after reducing the Tyre pressure to 30psi.

Previously it was 32psi on three tyres and 34psi on front right tyre, that caused the bumpiness.

After Up-sizing the tyres also, Whity's ride quality is great as like previous

kalaketinga bro... chance a illa....!!! your new shoes were amazing.... the real beauty of alloys can be experienced only after the fitment.... before that we cannot judge its beauty.... can you give the fare separately for tyres and alloys..???

so surprised to see that your goodyear had turned still 42k.... my 14k vista needs to change tyres now.... bad experience by good year.... my riding roads were not roads it will be always off roads, that may be the reason....... tow tyres are showing some bulgin on its surface... another one having some cracks on its side wall......

I totally forgot to check the bill from my Whity's glove box.

In the bill, tyre shop guy mentioned the costs for tyres and alloys separately. Will check the bill by coming weekend and let you know guys

I too traveled on some worst roads. But, except the puncture, I never faced and problem with stock Goodyear tyre. Though tyre noise is high, I preferred Good year while changing the tyres. But, went to Continental for a change

@appu now accidently i have seen this photo in facebook. may be its a suitable photo which suits my comment. one of a vista owner from PALA, KOTTAYAM, KERALA parked his car just opposite to RF motors for about 1+ month with those banners on it. his stock goodyear tyre rotates only for 8,000 km.... while he asked the dealer for the warranty they refused it, so he parked the car in-front of the showroom with those banner on it.

the banner says- DON'T BUY TATA INDICA VISTA. TATA IS CHEATING YOU. TYRE MILEAGE IS JUST 8000 km ONLY

@appu now accidently i have seen this photo in facebook. may be its a suitable photo which suits my comment. one of a vista owner from PALA, KOTTAYAM, KERALA parked his car just opposite to RF motors for about 1+ month with those banners on it. his stock goodyear tyre rotates only for 8,000 km.... while he asked the dealer for the warranty they refused it, so he parked the car in-front of the showroom with those banner on it.

If you do proper alignment at 5K Kms & Balancing at 10K Kms, your tyre will run for min 35K Kms.

I don't think Wheel Alignment / Balancing to be a point here as it's just 8K KMs. Even a worst maintained tyres would be able to sail for a better mileage than this. Surely some defect with the tyres and JK / GY / MRF are widely reported for such issues.

Yes, they are under warranty for sure, but not dealt by the dealers. Rather, they involve the tyre company representative to deal the issue and thereafter taken care by the latter. In case of any defects observed, the tyre dealer will replace it after depreciation borne by the customer.

me to facing the same problem with that stock GDYR tyre. just rolled 14k, already at 12k i was forced to insert a tube on one of them.. now it is resting in my dickey . now another 2 of them are showing bulging on its side wall..!!!!!

as my vista has crossed its 2 year cant claim warranty for its tyre.... i used to check my alignment on every 2.5+k km.. and balancing on 4+k... what should i do now...????

Even I too brought a tube at 40K Kms and kept that tyre as a spare, because of the puncture was on the side wall. But, I feel putting tube at 40K kms is reasonable when compare to 14K kms.

have you checked with TASS for the issue herebefore?

Battery warranty is not given by TATA but OEM Battery manufacturer. Usually it is for one year, compared to two years for the car.

Yes, I too got 1 year warranty for Stock battery.

I've completed a round trip(Vellore-Cuddalore-Pondy-Chennai-Vellore) of 500kms from 23rd to 24th of Nov.

All the way Whity performed very well(as usual). I just loved the way it behaved on ECR.
