Couple of small upgrades to Whity:

1. I've replaced the OEM License plate light with LED,

I brought the LED light for Rs.160 from a known two wheeler accessories shop at Vellore & installed by myself.

2. Replaced the neck pad with the custom made Black color neckpad(Will update the pic later)

Your Sedan class gives neat & clean buddy. You are maintaining her perfectly.

Have you installed any seat covers? any accessories??

I'm missing that ABS Badge in my Vista, Even I requested my Service Engineer to arrange one ABS badge for my vista.

Only White sedan class owners used this 23rd page[glasses].

Your ride is nicely maintained buddy !! but seriously think of going for alloys very soon, as those wheel caps are not justifying Vista !!

Hello Guys,

After a long gap, I got a chance to check my Whity's mileage yesterday(01/02/13).

Yesterday night I ride my car from Vellore-Banglore. started from Vellore around 10:00pm. As it was a night time I thought to check my Whity mileage. I filled my Whity's tank at Vellore & set the trip meter to "0" and started our trip.

I decided to check the mileage with A/C and I thought to drive average 80Kmph. But, empty Highway road and the response of Whity forced me to do above 100Km/Hr[:D]. Throughout the stretch I maintained between 100-120Km/hr also applied brakes and changed gears at some diversions.

Once I reached 100Km from Vellore, I started searching Bunks and found Indian Oil bunk at 118.5Km's and topped up the tank with Diesel.

Whity drunk 6.1Liters of Diesel. So totally 118.5 Km/6.1 Lit = ???. Isn't the good Mileage with A/C[;)]

2. What happend after 100km ?? have you reached Bangalore ?
3. you said you filled your whity in Vellore and again why have you topped it after 118.5km
4. you could have given the answer also for your calculation in the post means 118.5km/6.1Lt = 19.42km/ltr, what happens if somebody not having calculator in his hands[frustration]
5. How much time it took for total trip and how many km and what is FE
6. Finally why you have chosen the drive after 10pm, as much possible avoid night driving[:)]

Yes, I continued my trip after calculating the mileage for 118Kms & I have reached B'lore at 1:15Am.

I hope everyone using there system/Laptop and mobiles to check for the updates & thought to calculate Vista's mileage on there own by using calculator on their system[:D]

Last week(next day to our meet at B'lore) It took 2hr and 15Mins to reach Vellore from B'lore. Yesterday I took 3Hrs and 15Mins to reach B'lore from Vellore.

I mentioned kms in the first question.

Yesterday only I checked the mileage after Sabarimalai Trip. so, mileage as per yesterday it is 19.42Km/ltr.

6. Finally why you have chosen the drive after 10pm, as much possible avoid night driving

I have booked a ticket for "Viswaroobam" 10:00am show at Cinepolis, B'lore.And I felt lazy to wakeup in the early morning.

First half of the Movie was really good, but the second half was good, but still needs some more action in second half. Overall Different a world class film from Tamil Industry[:)]

BTW, As my mom staying with my sister at B'lore. Myself & my Dad may visit B'lore on the upcoming weekends also.

Myself Watched Viswaroopam in kerala three days ago.
Its really worth watching.
