Congrats. Silver looks good. I was also contemplating to get the silver colour, but wifey insisted on Cooper Dazzle. IMO only these two colours look good. They should have also offered colour like jet black. Blue looks good in new, but cannot say how will it age.

Did you get music player remote control.

How is your experience with the dead pedal. For me its useless. Its too close to clutch & my foot gets jammed in between.

Thanks bro and very enlightened guys have said "Wife is always right" I bought the Silver one as my Esteem was Silver as well.

I spoke to my SA just few minutes back for this and he said in XZO remote is not provided. Secondly there is some issue with the FM reception as well i.e it is absolutely dead as I parked the car in my parking (earlier on the road it was working well). I told my SA about it he said, its a matter of the signal reception as in localities with high buildings there is poor or no reception so I should drive my car on the main road and there will be much better FM reception. I confirmed his point with the Manual of ICE and it also states same thing. Otherwise everything is working very well i.e USB, reverse parking and other things. What's your take on FM reception?

I drove it for about 2-3Kms in evening, I really did not need that pedal so for me too its no use.

Didn't use fm much. Used it only while i was in Patna. It was good i guess. Worked all over Patna.
Why remote would not be provided with xzo if it is the top model. Do they provide it with lower models. I am going to write to Tata motors about this.

I forgot to mention. I also bought 2years Gold AMC & I am planning to get 2 years extended warranty at first service.
Details of Gold AMC from Tata website-

Thanks a lot bud. I do hope my first TATA ownership & first compact sedan ownership turns out good in future. Just to keep alive the memories of my Esteem, I have bought the Silver Color. I do hope my trust & belief in TML proves to be right and positive.

I bought it from a car decor shop (not knowing its an easy DIY job), they cut these mats to fit the car's dimensions.

I forgot to mention. I also bought 2years Gold AMC & I am planning to get 2 years extended warranty at first service.

I would recommend P2P if it is offered for Tigor. It is much more VFM than Gold AMC because of its longer coverage to wear and tear parts (upto 4 years / 60K km). Also, service costs are not that higher in the first 5 services which Gold AMC covers (going by Tiago ownership).

There are a couple of minor shortcomings in Tigor XZO as I have noticed in 1 day ownership.

1) No coin pocket in front door pads / near the door grip. Only present at the back.

2) One reverse light that too right at the bottom making it more vulnerable to damage. The rear fog lamp isn't having a bulb and so no illumination in it.

3) Glove Box lid has not been properly aligned as the gap is visible and there is no locking provision of the same. Also illumination is missing.

4) The key slotting is not smooth as compared to my Honda. It takes a bit of time to slot in properly.

5) The Harman ICE when playing FM looses reception. I checked it again today and as I approached my house, at about 500 mts the reception went dead. This doesn't happen in my Honda CITY.

Well, Got my Berry Red Tigor on 27th July been following TAI and TeamBHP ,was lazy to login and post.
My Glovebox is misaligned too
And my gear lever cover came loose ,SA said will replace in First Service got a few scratches (4) and two more on right windows.

There is a coin pocket on driver's side between steering & door.
Keyhole is tight in all Tiago & Tigor cars.

then why is it even called a rear fog lamp?? Get it checked with the service center and see if the bulb is missing in the slot!

Yesterday itself I did raise this question at time of the delivery, but no satisfactory reply from SA. Waiting on the revert of fellow owners. I am unable to locate the switch as well for it. In the pics I gone through, none of them have a illuminated rear fog lamp in Tigor.

Glovebox misalignment is there in all Tigors I believe. Right from media drive cars, it is there. But Tiago's glovebox is not showing this much. Don't know why..!!

Hi fellow Tigor owners, does your car's door have double rubber insulation(one on the door & one on the body panel) or just one on the door. I have just one but on team bhp review i saw the review car had double sided.

The rear fog lamp isn't having a bulb and so no illumination in it.

You are right Aakash. I just checked my fog lamp. No bulb inside
