I have different thought here, as GST will be implemented next year then the under 4m benefit might go away and then we might see full fledged sedan with same coupeish (fastback) design for ZEST as well, and we might see the same silhoute/design language in other upcoming sedans from Tata in future

As said by our fellow TAIger 'm_sherbet', I fully agree that the tax slabs will be retained and the sub 4 meter, sub 1.2L petrol and 1.5L Diesel will be retained in the concession category. So expect it to be differentiated with others in the segment.

Noticed 15" alloys (same as Zest) and headlights same as Tata Tiago.

The car really looks nice. Tata has really taken lot of efforts for there upcoming launches, Kite, Nexon, Hexa. They are getting the benefit as well with the Tiago making good sale.
I have been waiting for the Kite 5, but since the car will not be coming soon, (Early 2017) so went ahead with Figo Aspire in August

I observed a small change of Dashboard compare to Tiago, not able to take actual photograph but possibly you can see in this pic. Flat- pocket provided on the dashboard in-front of Co-driver seat to keep your items like mobile, Toll receipts etc.

Oh I was not aware about that, yes then it must be without airbag variant. May be base model as we can see non-alloy wheels.

Yes you are Right , Its the blue shade car and I spotted this car at NASHIK PHATA , Pune.

Actually while taking pics , car driver was angry on me, when I was taking pics from front side. may be they have strict instructions that not to allow anybody to take photographs.

He probably didn't want himself to come in the pic that's all. If a test mule is driven on road, it cannot absolutely avoid being clicked. Do look out for HEXA buddy.

I have seen Hexa many times near Hanging bridge at Ravet. Since I am the lone rider/driver, I couldn't click pics. Saw one Kite 5 just before the Pune-Mumbai expressway as well. These cars were driven sedately. And yes, both the cars were grabbing a lot of attention.

Kite5 is Production ready.
Media Drive will be held in end-January 2017.

6 colours to be offered.
Exact details not known but White, Silver, Blue, Orange are a given.
They might ditch either red or brown for this new shade. (New shade pic attached)

Hi Gautam, The new color looks nice and would surely look great in daytime/open. Very nice to note TATA has not carried forward anything from earlier CS of it. January 2017 will surely be a busy busy month.

No idea bro. Was thinking same, coz there is no badging on the Spyshots.

TATA have manufactured 50 Kite5, all XZ variant for the media drive.
