This is my first post/day on TAI.I have been following TAI for past many months.I am looking for new car under 10 L OTR.My heart is set for Tata Nexon,since the launch date is not clear I wish to buy some other car.
I would request estemeed member's suggestion in this regard.(I would prefer to buy TATA)

This is an OT post so would suggest a separate thread for it.
You are one the very few who are insisting on Tata as a first choice. So in your budget you can get
Zest AMT diesel.
And if you increase your budget a bit by couple of lacs may be storme. (3 years ago i got my car in 12L OTR ;) )
However, as of now, the only car that I like and meets your budget will be the Zest. Heavily feature loaded car, spacious and dependable.
Nexon would have been a fantastic one to buy however, launch date is unclear and Tata seems to be goofing up big time with such a beauty.
else if you can wait for an year may be you could be proud owner of the nexon.
Other thing I might suggest you is go for a used car by spending around 2/3 lacs and then go for the nexon when launched.
Then there are other cars I can suggest are
TUV
Ecosport
Fiat Punto
Better you start a separate ownership thread wherein you can specify your requirements and we can suggest you a few cars.
