yes it does and in working condition, though not enough for back row passengers sufficient for front row passenger and driver. to increase the blower efficiency you can go for superking blowers which will cost you around 13k.

@ navnit im thinking of going for xenon fenders at the front and back and xenon bonnet and front headlights and grill. i had seen a pic in Facebook of the same mod one of the guy in Pune has done it and it looks Fab!!. so will be going to Blore next week to inquire about the parts.

@incarnation, my 2 cent suggestion, also look up 99rpm.com for tata related parts and accessories, I am sure being a guru you must be aware of this site.

Oh ok.. i get it.. When i was rebuilding mine, Tinker did show me 207 fenders.. I said no to it, as they are not straight fit like original small fenders. They have to drill holes and fit them. If you see the original fenders of Sierra, which are small and looks fab. I trying to source them.

Incarnation - Can you share the pic of that Sierra wit Xenon clothes.

Thanks

@ Nanofreak when i said I'm going to Bangalore i meant to say i was going to search for parts in the Refurbished market, i love my hard earned money and always find ways to save it [:D]. anyways these are metal parts. May be headlights would be new but other things can be from the refurbished market. And these parts will be repainted anyways.

Hi,
In coimbatore too, we have some sierra's. In my circle i had 2 cars where both of them are equipped with the same alloys which was shown in the pictures in the 3rd page.
But they are also facing some issues in sourcing parts.

I am a silent reader of these Sierra theads, but this time I got to admit.
The alloys look brilliant, in fact the engine bay pic - is hard to believe, to be this rust free for such an aged car. Dont have 2 thoughts of selling the Bee! All the best

Has any old Sierras gone to Ladakh. i have this question as while i was thinking of next years travel plan just thought that why not do ladakh with family on my trusted pal "Bee'.

Things i want to know

1. do you guys think its advisible to do this with family( i know Alone i can manage anything)
2. are there good mechanics around leh who can work on it.
3. what are the things that are supposed to be on my checklist
4. im thinking of a full Radiator overhaul just to be sure so that it doesnt get overheated, Sierras are known for Overheating problems
5. What are the things i should keep in mind when im doing it in a Old Vehicle which is maintained well.

to summarise the tyres are brand new so no worries on that, Powersteering has been overhauled suspension might need a look up, as i mentioned Radiator Overhaul is something i'm considering, Any other Pointers.

is it advisable to carry 5 ltr L.P.G stove in the car. for cooking purposes.

when is the best time to visit Leh??

1: With family not advisable. With friends 'YES YES'
3: Everything... Heating, oil leaks, timing belt age, fan belt(Highly tend to fail), power steering belt, All electrical, Wheel alignment regularly on trip, AC (to avoid windshield fogging), Power windows switches (Zeus, brand are not good make, so they fail very often), etc etc.
4: Yes it is, mine as well. Still facing even after brand new Safari radiator fitted.
5: All the things mentioned in point 3. As we are living with Sierra from so many years, a minute sound from anywhere of the vehicle will make you to start worrying until you trace and fix it.

LPG - Preferred to avoid.
Thanks
