Thanks for your reply. I have read in your thread that you had experienced some clutch noise before. Does it sound like slight "chik chik" when you release the clutch pedal(with foot up, not touching the clutch pedal) and the sound goes away once the clutch is fully pressed(with foot down on clutch pedal) ??

Hey Param, Yes i had clutch noise issue, the noise was similar to the noise we get when the fan belt is loose but noise was not loud. We had to concentrate to hear that sound and it was not reproducible all the times. It used to come when clutch pedal was released completely and foot was not touching and the sound used to go when the foot was touching the pedal. Though it was not an issue with driving at all, but during drive i hate to hear any unwanted sounds other than engine noise so i wrote an email to TML, i took my Storme 3-4 times to TASS but they were no able to solve the issue since it was not reproducible but finally they changed the clutch and after that i did not faced any issue.

Oh I am having the similar issue with my storme which started few weeks back. I took my car to ASS 2 times. At first they could not tell what it was. At 2nd visit after careful examination they told me that its due to clutch release bearing and its normal. And when I asked them to solve it, they said that to change the release bearing they have to change the entire clutch assembly as release bearing comes in set with the clutch. My strome has run only 25,000 kms and the clutch is still so light, so they advised me not to change it yet. So I plan to drive some more kms and change it later on.
