We have a 2010 manza as well as manza delivered 8 days back

I feel the interior colour change has added plush

The mechanicals - the body roll is decreased a bit.
The handling is better compared to 2010 model.

However the old manza is at 40K odo and my manza is just 324kms.

Let the comparo grow !!

The car is back from 1st service 2 days back.

Though the oil change is not in the check list as per the manual , i asked them replace the engine oil.

Funny thing is thy made a note as changes as per customer's request and got it signed .


I changed the oils as it was more than 6 months idle

Oil was 5W40 petronas costing 450 rs per Lit Plus tax. How come so cheap than other synthetic oil or is that way of extracting more money for normal oil haha..
The service interval for oil change is 15000kms though.

I never want the 15k kms interval though.



THe odo is 1400kms.



One weird problem in the car.
the car wobbles damn bad at 100kmph at 3nd day.
Since i am in the same field , i removed all the 4 wheels and balanced in our machines at office.

front wheel were ok. The rear wheels asked repeated weights.

on inspecting both the rear wheels were eccentric . Rear left was more than 5 mm and rear right was 1 mm

checked the spare and it was perfect. Fixed the spare in rear left and the vehicle crossed 155kmph without any wobbling.

Reported this in first service and they said rim straightening not applicable in WTY and we need to bear the cost. Met the manager there and in evening the car came with the original set up and on checking the bill , rim straightening was done in FOC.
I asked for replacement though.

test drive with the service guys at 160kmph the car was ok.

i could not believe that the rim was straightened in 4 hours of work time(along with car wash & oil change). Some thing fishy.

the end is car is performing well !!! Did they replace the rim with any other car's or they really straightened the rim haha !!

Yes it is semi-synthetic Petronas 5W40 so it costs less. I always put fully synthetic 0W40 Exxon Mobil1 which costs more but drive is smoother.

Rim straightening doesn't take more than 10 mins. I did for 3 rims in my Linea.

Yeah , not more than 10 min. but the service center do not have the machine and i got the info that my car finished washing at 12.30 PM and was ready for delivery at 2PM ( 2PM i got a call) .

In between they must have done a parallel work of oil & rim straightening.

Nevertheless the car is fine now!

The first full to full 450kms ODO was 10.50. the DIS showed 10.2 all the times

yet to make another full to full test . currently the DIS show 12.6 ~ 12.8 all the times.
driven only in city

There is a small button near the DIS. Change it to INST mode. It will show you the current running DIS. I guess it showed you AVG.

I think the average is more accurate than INST mileage.

but sometime it doesn't change. so its better to reset and it gets updated. I got this issue in my earlier Manza twice. Whats your thoughts in this ?

Ok will try today afternoon regarding the instant mileage .

BTW only 2 buttons are present near the DIS & the DIS is different from old manza

Mine remains in same number and changes once in a week :)

THere is no instant FE indicator.

All it toggles between avg KMPL & AVG lit/100kms

could you please check it in the User Manual. I will try to download the PDF version and check it too.

The user manual has explanation of OLD model DIS , which has external temp display too.

The present DIS is not good. One has to toggle between Time / AVG FE / DTE
Only one can be seen at a point of time .



Where as the old one displayed FE /Time & Temperature at a time

In the old Manza, the DIS had Mileage Indicator, Time, Temperature. Mine was Aura ABS (mid variant). What version of Manza is yours ?
