Why so early? In Pune and periphery they should atleast last for 40 kkm IMO.
Which tyre dealer?

I used it in solapur for 6 months. And it was in hands of driver for 20k km. So in six months only tyres was out of life and begging for change

Was it under warranty?
What's the manufacturing date of the Car?
How much did the battery cost? And what make?

Not user warranty when changed.
Manufacturing date is around april 2011
And battery cost was around 5-6k

I have already changed them to Skoda type horns and they sound good.

Where did you change your horn and how much it cost?

Is there any problem with stock steel rims?

I did wheel balancing 4 week before and 2 rims are need to change

Poona Motors at Pulgate, near MG bus stand, camp is one of the big dealers, he has lot of variety. Also there are few dealers near Pandit 's TATA showroom at Tilak Road.

I checked with poona motor in camp but its costly

In my car they never changed it and TASS supervisor told me that it is immortal and only need s cleaning @every servicing.

Good. I will confirm what exactly they did.

I also changed 3 engine heater plug (may be name is different) in last six month. It was showing warning light.

I had long drive to solapur highway on weekend. On 225 km of highway drive (with ac) Manza gave me 20 kmpl average.

This weekend I again visited Phonix for car issue. There was dashboard noise and my woofer was not working.
For woofer there was one wire fixed to battery which was loose and not fitted properly when they did work.
For dashboard they added some support of foam and fixed some screw. That stop 99 percent of noise.

Did diesel wash of car since I did some denting job in solapur and rubber coat for paint. Rubber coat was getting lot of dust on car. I did car wash near balaji nagar petrol pump, behind bus stop.
Quality of was is good and cost is 450 rs. After wash , steering, clutch, break feels very easy and good.

Overall car is in very best condition.

Thinking of HID lights for Manza. Anyone knows good brand and shop? How much it will cost.
Between I checked cost for ROOTS horn and with fitting it was 800 at elite , near sahakar nagar.

Beware beware beware, If you feel hard clutch,do not take chances.
I had similar hard clutch issue in my Vista and it broke in middle of road. car had to be towed 21km to Tass.

I always think why clutch cable system is made in four wheelers.

Today I handed over my Manza ABS to BERKELEY Motors Chandigarh for Clutch Overhauling. Also the DIS is showing the Average 25 Kmpl whereas my vehicle gives more than 25 kmpl (checked via Tank full to tank full method). SA says TATA Motors have locked the Maximum display of Average to 25 Kmpl and it will not show beyond that irrespective the vehicle delivers more mileage. Is it True. Can I rely on this information.

Also the DIS is showing the Average 25 Kmpl whereas my vehicle gives more than 25 kmpl (checked via Tank full to tank full method). SA says TATA Motors have locked the Maximum display of Average to 25 Kmpl and it will not show beyond that irrespective the vehicle delivers more mileage. Is it True. Can I rely on this information.

True it is.
BTW, why clutch overhaul? How many kms now?
How much is the estimate?

Its October 2010 Model. It has clocked 70560 km till now. The estimate by SA given was around Rs.6500.

As my vehicle is back the total bill paid was Rs.4300. The breakup is as follows :

1. Clutch Kit : Rs. 2800 + Taxes
2. C.Release Bearing : Rs.598 + Taxes
3. Bushing : (2 Nos ) : Rs 88 each + taxes
4. Labour after 50% discount : Rs. 525 .

It's running fine now. No other issues with my cars. Running Stock as it is.

Have a doubt. Is DIS and Speedo in Tata Manza interconnected? Checked it out with 2 different service centres. One tells it's connected, another tell it's not. Your opinion on it?

The reason I was enquiring because almost a year back the DIS in mine gave up. All values in the DIS (Avg, Inst and DTE) were displayed zero. After enquiry the service guys told me that DIS needs replacement. They also told me that if I replace DIS I should replace my speedometer also.Then only it'll show the correct values. But since speedo is running fine in my car I told them to only replace DIS. So after replacement I found out that average was stuck at 5 km/l. So i promptly took my car to the service centre to get it checked. The service centre told me that i need to replace my speedo and i couldnt get a proper reply from them. After a few bad incidents from them i decided to change my centre and while enquiring them i was informed that they are not connected.

My vehicle has shown 26 & 27 once ( villupuram - trichy highway @ 80~90kmph)

It shows the average. You need to reset your trip meter .

Once you reset the trip meter A & B , it will show the average of the trip seperately.

If the ODO is diplayed in the meter console , it will display the avg of trip A
