this is a 2WD version. the exhausts are very neatly integrated. i can see 4 sensors (thankfully tata dumped the reverse camera seen in the safari VX) but i can also see a square removable plate in between the sensors. maybe the tow hook is inside.

the abrupt ending of the tail lights on the top looks awkward. but overall the car looks great with amazing front profile & awesome 17" wheels.

the ORVMs are jutting out too much. i think it should go inside- for aesthetics as well as for safety. by safety, i mean the wallet's safety. bikers dont care a damn about such huge mirrors.

Completely agree with you! Same problem with my Verna the ORVM'S are too huge and protrude outside a lot , my left side ORVM has already loosened up after a biker hit it and the cost of replacing it 2k!![cry] So decided to have it as such!

I don think the ORVM will be changed now! And what is the black fuel tank cover doing in a white car , its looking odd!!

Hey Amaan no pictures of interiors from your friend?? The car is looking really nice and will surely be positioned above Safari!!

It is not just the bikers.
Once waiting at a red light, I had my complete LH mirror (I had fitted a brand new internal operation IRVM set) uprooted by a trucker who had no spatial assessment capability.
I was lucky that there was no damage in the panel.
What is worrisome about this design (ARIA) is that it is door mounted, and not sash mounted.
Some biker (or truck) hitting it will not only damage the mirror, but most likely leave sinking dents on the door outer panel.

Nice.

Nope, just the exteriors. The car is very good indeed, but pricing it more than the Safari won't be such a wise move, as people will hesitate to invest so much money in a Tata car, and also it won't really trouble the main protagonists, the Toyota Innova and Mahindra Xylo, a lot. Tatas are renowned for their extremely competitive prices and i think the Aria will be no exception. The pricing will surely shock everyone.

Thanks for sharing the pictures amaan! I just noticed that Tata logo and badge at rear have been now split unlike in previous Tatas (Eg; Indica). Just a thought, A single Tata badge would have done the job.

you are lucky. the biggest ORVM i have seen on any car is the innova. in bangalore, a bus brushed against my innova's left ORVM shattering it completely. it took Rs. 6000 to replace it... ONLY!

Hey 350Z i don get what you are saying??!![confused]

Raj it must be costly for Innova as it is electrically operated right?? Mine is just the operated from inside manual one!

But the electrically operated one costs only 4.5k for my Safari which is body colored too!! But Scorpio's seems cheaper to maintain overall looking at the maintenance costs!
