As I wasn't sure of the count, enquired for about 30 Mutton & 10 Veg Biriyanis. He will call me in an hour to confirm the rates. By the time, we can also prepare our final list.

Here is the update. 1 KG Mutton Biriyani (1 KG Mutton & 1 KG Rice) is Rs. 1000. Similarly Chicken is 800 & Veg is 500. Seems, 1 KG Biriyani can serve up to 7 - 8 People. 1 KG Chicken 65 is Rs. 350, which would have about 70-80 pieces and 1 KG Gobi 65 is Rs. 300. Apart from these, Auto charges for delivery would be extra which may be about 500 bucks approx.

So, if we assume about 3 KG Mutton (25-30 People) & 1 KG Veg Biriyani (10 People), it would total to 3000+500+500 (Delivery) = 4000. In case of 65 additions Rs. 4650. If we are about 40 in total, it works out to Rs. 116.25 per head

What say guys? All we need now is the FINAL LIST. Please confirm it to AppU at the earliest. Also, if anyone not happy with this lunch plan, please let everyone know, so that we can think about other options.

I actually told them that will revert sooner we know the count. I believe, we can take time till tomorrow noon to confirm the order.

Also, I feel, we can go with either Mutton or Chicken. Thought, getting both may reduce the overall quantity. However, the rice would be the same in both. Whatever the majority feels the best.

Won't 1 KG Chick 65 be enough? He said, it's got 70 - 80 pieces. Again, the choice is left to all.

5:30am to 6:00am : Banglore team assembling at the starting point at B'lore & Chennai team assembling at the starting point at Chennai.

Sharp 6:00am: Chennai team & B'lore team starting their convey towards Yealgiri.

Around 7:30am-8:00am: Banglore team will reach Krishnagiri & Chennai team will reach Vellore for the Breakfast(At Vellore Myself and Pradeep will join with Chennai team)

8:30am: Again both team starting their convey towards Yealgiri.

9:30am-10:00am : Banglore & Chennai team assembling at the meeting point, Priyadharshani Enggineering College(As suggested by Ram)

10:00am - 10:30am: Both team welcomes each other, if possible will have a Tea at near by shop.

At 10:30am: Chennai & Banglore team forming a biggest convey towards Yelagiri

Around 11:30am: Reaching Yelagiri and having some Photo session.

11:45am to 12:30pm: People who wants to try boating can try boating there at Pond. regarding cricket, I don't know whether we get any pitch there or not. lets try there.(anyhow People who wants to play cricket, please bring Cricket bats, Stump and Ball)

12:30pm - 1:30Pm: Lunch time

1:30pm to 3:30Pm: Looking each others ride, group discussion and of-course a Formal introduction of each and every member and about their ride.

3:30Pm: People who wants to leave early can start leaving, others can leave at 4:00pm

4:00Pm: Remaining guys forming a convey towards Vaniyampadi.

4:30pm: If anyone wants to taste or buy Vaniyampadi Briyani, then they can go inside the town and have/take the briyani.

At 5:00pm: B'lore team and Chennai team bidding bye to each other.

Chennai team and B'lore team reaching their respective cities by 7:30pm to 8:00pm.
