Saw lots of action by Delhi traffic police on road from Ashram Chock to Karol Bagh in afternoon, they are ripping sun films off majorly near intersections. But still one can see large number of tinted cars on Delhi road

Check pics of Ashram chowk at 1:00PM today:

One thing is for sure. Thanks to this Tuglaqi order, there will be lot of pollution (of the ripped films) all around. How will these be disposed???

Got sunfilm installed just a week ago and now I have to get it removed! [frustration]

I'm afraid that the rear defogger will get damaged while un-installing the film, as they forcefully pull and peel off the film.
Now should I get it removed from Maruti service centre to save the defogger?? [confused]

Found something on FB-
Movement Against Supreme Court's Decision to Totally Ban Suncontrol Films | Facebook

Update- "Garware , 3M , V Kool managers just had a meeting with Mr.Kapil Sibbal in New Delhi one hour ago . The meeting ended on a hot argument & the companies are saying their dealers & the customers not to worry . According to the sources A formal PIL petition is going to be filed against this decision on MONDAY morning in Supreme Court Of India."

But till monday, most of the sunfilms would be stripped off,I guess. :P
