Strange Habits of Car Lovers

Since my home is just 4m apart from the river, our well water is hard-water. So washing with this hardwater is really a pain and at the same time i feel bad to use drinking water to wash the whole car.

So now its been an year that I have washed my car I use to give a good wash only when I get to collect some rainwater. So in off reason what all I do is Waterless washing, Waxing and Dusting. Since I do dusting more often, whenever I feel the paint surface is rough I will go for waxing. Every time I'm waxing my car people gives me an odd look since the frequency of waxing is too high.

When returning to pick up car parked in open place, walk around it atleast once to ensure that here is no dent or scratch caused accidentally by someone/some other car.

Actually Even I do this. My habit starts from my bike. Before starting My left thumb automatically goes to head light switch and make sure it is in Off Position. My father thought me this saying that when you start and the head light is on, it might get fuse. From my Lamby days (the two wheeler I started first) this habit continues.

Same way for AC now a days. I make sure the AC is off before i start the car (some times when the car switch of in middle of the road and when am starting I dont do this, I forget this)

But my friend says that before shutting the engine off we should switch off the AC.

Same here sir. Whenever i start my bike, before pushing the starter button i check all the switches (headlight and turn indicator) whether it is off or not.

It is always better the switch off AC before switching off your car .

Beware brother, other drivers can scratch you for this instead of your car.

But pradeep, i hesitate admiring my car's beauty for sometime (even though it is really very tough) why because, two of my accidents with my sparky happens immediately i stared/admired my sparky from far (bloody sentiment, I know) but really got hurt seeing the dents/nasty accidents. So sometimes I will tend to do but try to restrain myself from it as much as possible.

True sethu ji ! Luckily that road is deserted most of the time so i feel confident to do that . Its better to avoid this practice on normal roads .
