I do some things that every car lover does...But not all the things.I do not abuse my car,but neither do I baby it. I do not slam the doors shut,I get the wheels rolling before turning the steering, honk before a blind turn(it's OT
),I make the mats all muddy during the rains, but my mother? SHE EATS green
cholaas IN THE CAR!(it is called harbhara in Marathi, not sure what is it called in Eng). Leaves small leaves ALL OVER THE CAR. Also, she keeps the fruit seeds in the bottle holder. When I eat
samosas in the car,she keeps the disposable bowls in the glovebox, when I have to access it,I play a nice game of navigating through the G/B.Dad's cool, but still, does not pay attention to maintenance. It's his car,so he should mind it.We were running on 2-year-old OEM wiper blades this monsoon, till I forced him to drive to the accessories store.Does not switch off the turn signals after the turn/lane change, even after the tick-tock sound. It was rear-ended by a bike, and the bumper is still dented.Since when? 1 year. I take more care of the car than the owner himself. Thanks for reading this rant
Missed out on one:Downshift if the car is shuddering. My mom does not do that in any case.C'mon,it's a 3-cyl Diesel, and you are sitting in the front,I'm taking all the vibrations. My poor Chevy Beat
