Aditya gave a idea to open up some part in parcel tray to make the thump hear outside. hope this help , as when the work was finished , and boot in open condition i could hear it a approx 90 feet away in busy road.

Hey Ilango two subs cannot be fitted in the parcel tray right?? so in the case of 2 subs i feel your installation is correct but when the boot is closed the thump is heard for a few feet only!! I want to improve this and from what all the guys suggested i think this can be achieved through changing the HU!!
BTW sorry my fault , forgot to mention that the thump effect is audible for a long distance if the boot is opened!! The boot vibrates a lot inside but the thump is less outside!!

Its like making a hole in rear tray, not fixing one in tray.

Basically your headunit cannot power your upgraded system.
Just demo a different system.(Headunit connected to your setup)
And see the difference, and if you are happy with it only then go for it.

After talking to dhaya , i concluded.

His need is it need to hear outside too , when he is driving.
So addy , your idea of cutting some small portion in rear must definitely help dhaya!

He needed BASS. Not tight, but bassy. Are the enclosures ported? The woofers are not powered enough. 2 channel amps wont make it. Sealed enclosures need much more power. Get a ported enclosure, tuned low. See the difference.
Guys Cooldhaya is not an audiophile.[At least now]
He wants bassy show off bass. Dude get ported or even better bandpass enclosure. You are in chennai right? Head to techokrat.

a port is not just a hole.
Its something which tunes the sub to a particular frequency. Bandpass should be a big no no.
Its boomy... wont go low.
