Xiaomi launches Mi Elegant Mouse Metallic Edition for 99 Yuan ($14)

Xiaomi has launched a new wireless mouse called Mi Elegant Mouse Metallic Edition. This mouse works on both Bluetooth and via 2.4GHz wireless receiver. It costs only 99 Yuan ($14) and comes in two colours – Grey and Black. It will be available to purchase from April 9.

The mouse can be operated via 2.4GHz receiver and Bluetooth. And thus, it can be connected with two devices at a time. Further, the mouse features a 1000 DPI photoelectric sensor to offer a better experience while using it.

The Mi Elegant Mouse is small enough to be carried easily even in pockets. As for compatibility, it works well with devices running Windows 7/8/10, macOS 10.10+, Android 5.0+, and even iPads running iPadOS 13.4+. Due to its modern design, it goes well with almost every ultrabook in the market.

Xiaomi Youpin launches the Viomi IH Sugar-free Rice Cooker

The Viomi IH Sugar-free Rice Cooker uses IH heating technology and iron kettle pot. Compared with traditional rice cookers, the IH electromagnetic heating technology can form a three-dimensional heat vortex in the pot, just like cooking rice with firewood. This ensures that every grain of rice is fully heated and evenly cooked.

The pot is equipped with about 316 filter holes which makes it easy to separate the rice from the water or soup as the case may be. Combined with the siphon principle, the excess starch is dissolved into the rice soup repeatedly. The steamed rice has a low sugar content and is fluffy. The pot uses 5 layers of a high-density fine cast-iron bladder, weighing 2.6 kg. The bladder is cast through multiple complex processes. The iron layer is thicker and the magnetic permeability is stronger. The iron bladder continues to heat up overall, improving cooking efficiency.

The Mi Smart Camera PTZ and PTZ Pro are security cameras that come with smart features. It means that these cameras can be used to remotely monitor your home. Since they are smart, the cameras will alert owners when they see illegal entry into your home. The Mi Smart Camera PTZ is priced at RMB 199 (around Rs 2,150) while the Mi Smart Camera PTZ Pro will be sold for RMB 249 (around Rs 2,700). The company has announced a new variant of the device, called Huawei Sound X Platinum Edition. Instead of the black color option, this one comes with White and Grey outer casing with a Golden hue inside.
It is said that the golden speakers produce a kaleidoscopic effect according to the rhythm of the notes, with brightness, texture and color saturation, while interpreting the eternal state of music.

The high-end Hi-Res smart speaker comes with two woofers which are equipped with 60W peak power and vibration amplitude of up to 20mm. The innovative, visible bass unit creates a lasting visual impression to pair with the resonance of the audio.

ZMI Portable Fan with up to 12 hours battery life launched for 59 yuan ($8)

The portable fan adopts a minimalist design, packing a compact body can be carried anywhere, whether it is outdoor or indoor. This is not the first of such design that you might have come across but what makes this model stand out is that it has a detachable base. Thus, it can be used on a desktop and can be detached and carried around.

The fan has a diameter of 107.8mm and seven feather blade designs, wing-shaped planing, and a brushless DC motor to create a comfortable and natural wind. Xiaomi crowdfunds the Yimu Smart Instant Hot Water Dispenser/Purifier

The Yimu Smart Instant Hot Water Dispenser adopts a desktop-free installation and can heat water in just 1 second. The temperature can also be adjusted as needed. It also comes with app support which lets users monitor the water quality in real-time. The device also doubles as a water purifier which deploys three-layer five-level reverse osmosis filtration, patented freshwater technology and UVC deep ultraviolet sterilization to ensure that the water is fresh.

Xiaomi launches the MIJIA Smart Clothes Dryer with voice/app control

The MIJIA Smart Clothes Dryer adopts a retractable design whereby the rack can be expanded by 2.2m. The bars are also sturdy and can bear a maximum load of 35kg. The dryer has a large-area energy-saving LED panel which makes it convenient to dry and take dried clothes off the rack at night.

As the name implies, this is a smart product and that is perhaps what differentiates this hanger from similar products like the Mr Bond Smart Clothes Dryer which this product seems to share a design with. The Mr Bond model only supports the MIJIA app control but this new model takes things further.

OPPO 40W AirVOOC wireless charger launched; costs ¥249

The 40W AirVOOC charger has a mat-design which means the phone has to lay horizontally on it to charge. There is a fan to the right that provides cooling via a hidden side vent. The fan, which has a noise level of less than 22dBA, helps to bring down the temperature to under 39°C when charging the device.

OPPO claims the charger can fully charge the OPPO Ace from empty to full in just 56 minutes. The charger also supports Qi wireless charging and can be used to charge Qi-compatible phones at up to 10W.

Xiaomi launches the MIIIW Air 85 Bluetooth Dual-mode Mini Keyboard

The keycap is round while the device has well-chamfered edges and a thickness of 7.8 mm. Instead of a flat base, the new MIIIW keyboard has an 8-degrees elevation which raises the rear base up slightly for easier typing and to reduce finger fatigue. The key characters are engraved using laser technology making them more beautiful and bold.

The keyboard is a wireless device and supports dual-mode connection, that is it can be connected via Bluetooth and also via a dedicated USB wireless receiver. You can now easily switch between the two connection modes as there are dedicated buttons for switching. It also comes with support for Windows, Android, iOS and MacOS. There is also a dedicated button for switching OS.

Redmi Air Dots S budget TWS earbuds launched with 12 hours battery life

The Redmi Air Dots S is identical to its predecessor in terms of design. However, the changes are really coming in the performance and features category. The big change coming with this new model is support for new mono sound output. This will split the two earbuds as separate receivers, a feature already available on more expensive models. Redmi also claims that the Air Dots S comes with improved sound transmission rates. They still rely on Bluetooth 5.0 like their predecessors but might be using a better chip. Xiaomi launches two MIJIA Internet Dishwashers including a countertop model

The 8 sets Mijia Internet dishwasher is designed with 8 spray arms. It is equipped with a top spray structure which is unique to high-end models. The spray arms feature 28 outlet holes and 13 outlet angles. This design forms a 360-degree mesh waterway interlaced with each other, covering the dishes in the compartment from all directions.

The bigger model equally has a large liner of 500 (width) × 450 (deep) × 450 (height) mm, and can hold about 64 pieces of tableware. Each dish can be put into the dishwasher for pre-washing. At the end of the day, all the dishes used can then be washed at once. Thus, you only need to wash the dishes once a day, saving time, water and electricity.

Xiaomi launches Mi Robot Vacuum cleaner in India for Rs 17,999

Xiaomi Mi Robot Vacuum cleaner features Laser Detect System (LDS), and with the help of this, it can identify objects in close proximity while on the surface. Users will be able to control this smart product via the company’s Mi Home app. The robot cleaner also supports scheduling mode, which one can set using the app. It is powered by a quad-core Cortex-A7 processor, and comes with a 3,200mAh battery.
