I am also planning to upgrade my Honda Activa i headlight bulb.
The current one in Activa i is HALONIX HS1U 12V 35/35 W.
What is your recommended LED to suit this?

Based on the info, shall I replace my Honda Activa i headlight bulb HS1 35/35w with H4 Philips XV +130 60/55 w which I have spare.
Will it affect any thing like wiring, battery etc....

Nothing. Its a straight swap. Just check the heat. Driving with High beam for Long periods could cause melting or yellowing.
A better option is LED headlight bulb if you can design a Full wave Bridge rectifier+ Capacitors.

40W Cree LED H4 Head Light Bulb HI LOW Beam Bike CAR 6000K 3000K ALL IN ONE | eBay
I noticed 30W bulb has something in between connector and bulb. Is this Ballast?Any idea?
The one I ordered is 40W which does not have that one.

yes that's the ballast.
some versions have ballasts made into bulb base itself. I prefer separate ballasts for heat & serviceabliy. not a deal breaker though
