A little information about how Tata is trying to Improve their After Sales service and customer connect, The dealer from whom I purchased my Vista had organised an event last Saturday evening.I was invited along with family so the others. It was good to participate and see many enthusiastic customers. The event started with a presentation by service engineers about Do's and Don't and other useful information any car owner must have, short and sweet compilation.Followed by customer feedback, After so many days I got chance to be speaker in front of a mob
, though I talked good about them! as there is no reason to blame them! Many people shared their experiences, folks Impressed with my little speech.I specifically admired the Sales guys as well as Service guys, as they are extending their hand we should also extend courtesy to get connected, hope it will benefit in the long run!
Then there was a fun activity, various games and real fun there was professional host for that, we enjoyed a lot!
There were gifts for each game winner I got Nano Caps, and lots of chocolates. Also there was an assured gift for each Visitor a Nice coffee mug with dealership name, wish it had only Tata Logo and not the dealership name. I got two of them. Also there was a luck draw 3 people got the gifts and I was not so lucky that day!
A Tata representative was also present there, along with director of dealership.
Event was followed by mini dinner Pav Bhaji and Gulab Jamun and soft drinks! Not of my choice though, mine is little different specially for Saturday evenings! hard drinks, Tandoori or kebabs and spicy Non veg food!
Though my better half and daughter had their share and satisfied their stomach ache.
To summarize I was impressed with the efforts Tata is making for connecting with their customers!
