MY LETTER DATED 21/AUG/ 2011 ADDRESSED TO YOU ALL.
SEVERAL TELEPHONIC DISCUSSIONS WITH YOUR MR. A SRIKANTH SR. OFFICER CUSTOMER RELATION
M/S.TOYOTA KIRLOSKAR SINCE LAST FOUR DAYS. ( 5TH ,6TH ,7TH AND 8TH SEPT ON TEL NO 40413342)
DEAR SIRS,
I RECEIVED TELEPHONIC CALL FROM MR. SRIKANT IN REPLY TO MY LETTER ADDRESSED TO ALL THE DIRECTORS OF TMC.
DURING TELEPHONIC DISCUSSIONS , I HAD AN ARGUMENT, ABOUT THE POOR QUALITY , WITH MR. SRIKANTH OF TOYOTA KIRLOSKAR REGIONAL OFFICE , MUMBAI
HE INFORMED ME , IN HIS VIEW , THAT IT IS A CHEAPER VERSION CAR OF TOYOTA , HENCE INDIAN CUSTOMER WILL GET LOWER QUALITY CAR.
I AM NOT ACCEPTING THIS ARGUMENT PUT FORWARD BY YOUR REPRESENTATIVE.
THIS IS HIGHLY OBJECTIONABLE.
THIS CAR COASTED US IN MUMBAI AROUND 800,000 RUPEES./-
IT MAY BE VERY SMALL AMOUNT FOR KILOSKARS AND TOYOTA , BUT IT IS A BIG AMOUNT FOR ME.
I TRUSTED TOYOTA AS BRAND AND WITHOUT SEEING OR TEST DRIVE , I PURCHASED THE ETIOS .
I NEVER EXPECTED THAT TOYOTA WILL PRODUCE SUCH A POOR QUALITY CAR .
MR. SRIKANTH WANTED TO MEET ME AND I REFUSED TO MEET HIM .
THE REASONS ARE AS FOLLOWS,
1) WERE YOU SLEEPING FOR MORE THAN 5 MONTHS ON MY COMPLAIN ?
2) WHERE WERE YOU AND YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGERS ? WHY THEY TOOK SO LONG ?
3) I MADE MORE THAN 25 CALLS TO YOU BUT NON WERE REPLIED.
I CAN MEET HIM, PROVIDED TOYOTA KIRLOSKAR DIRECTORS WRITE AN APOLOGY LETTER FOR NOT RESPONDING TO MY COMPLAIN AND CONFIRM THAT THEY HAVE DEPUTED MR. A SRIKANTH FOR MY PROBLEMS .
I ALSO WISH TO DRAW YOUR ATTENTION ON FLAWS IN YOUR WEB SITE .
NON OF YOUR OFFICE ADDRESSES , TEL NO OR DIRECTORS DETAILS ARE ON YOUR WEB SITE.
ONLY CALL CENTER NOS.ON WEB SITE , WHEN EVER WE MAKE COMPLAIN AND INSIST ON TALKING TO MANAGERS OR OFFICERS OF TOYOTA KILOSKAR , THEY REFUSE TO GIVE US ANY INFORMATION.
WHEN WE CONTACTED YOUR DEALER M/S. MADHUBAN TOYOTA , THEY ALSO REFUSE TO GIVE ANY DETAILS.
THIS CLEARLY INDICATES THAT YOU MADE THE POOR QUALITY PRODUCT , SOLD IN INDIAN MARKET TO INDIAN CUSTOMERS.
WHEN THEY RAISE QUESTIONS ABOUT THE QUALITY , YOU CAN EASILY ESCAPE FROM YOUR RESPONSIBILITY .
AS NON OF THE COMPANY DIRECTORS ARE TRACEABLE .
I AM GOING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THIS WITH MRTP COMMISSION , ALSO PUT PUBLIC INTEREST LITIGATION IN COURT AND ALSO REGISTER MY COMPLAIN WITH VARIOUS AUTHORITIES OF GOVT. OF INDIA.
YOU CAN NOT CHEAT INDIAN PEOPLE WITH POOR QUALITY CAR AND ESCAPE FROM YOUR RESPONSIBILITY .
WHY THE DIRECTORS OF TOYOTA KIRLOSKAR ,ARE NOT APPROACHABLE ?
THERE CAN BE ONLY TWO REASONS FOR THIS
1)M/S. TOYOTA KIRLOSKAR DIRECTORS ARE AWARE OF THE POOR QUALITY OF ETIOS . THEY DO NOT WANT TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS RAISED BY CUSTOMER OF ETIOS, ON QUALITY . THEY JUST WANT TO CHEAT INDIANS. HENCE THEY DESIGNED THEIR WEB SITE ACCORDINGLY.
2) ANOTHER REASON MAY BE TOYOTA KIRLOSKAR'S MARKETING STAFF NEVER WANT ETIOS CUSTOMER TO CONTACT , THE DIRECTORS. THEY WANTS TO BLACKOUT ALL THE UP RISING AGAINST THE POOR QUALITY OF ETIOS . AND KEEP THEIR BOSSES HAPPY.
I FEEL THAT THE SECOND REASON IS MORE APPROPRIATE . IT SEEMS THAT THE MANAGERS & STAFF DO NOT WANT , DIRECTORS TO KNOW THE PROBLEMS ABOUT THE QUALITY. THEY ARE WORRIED ABOUT THEIR PROMOTIONS.
IT SEEMS THAT TOYOTA WANTS TO SELL THEIR POOR QUALITY ETIOS CAR TO INDIAN PEOPLE , BUT THEY ARE NOT READY TO ACCEPT ANY ARGUMENTS OR DO NOT WANT TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS RAISED BY THE CUSTOMER.
ANY WAY , I PRAY GOD TO GIVE YOU SOME WISDOM.
PLEASE DO NOT TAKE INDIA AND INDIANS FOR A RIDE , BY SUPPLYING SUCH A POOR QUALITY CAR.
IF YOU HAVE ANY COURTESY , THAN PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS PROBLEM.
I AM GOING AHEAD WITH MAKING COMPLAINS AGINST M/S. TOYOTA KIRLOSKARS , FOR HIDING INFORMATION ON WEB SITE ,.
ALSO MAKING COMPLAINS WITH MRTP FOR WRONG PRACTICES IN SELLING THEIR VEHICLE AND CONSUMER COURT .
I AM SENDING THIS LETTER TO ALL THE DIRECTORS OF TOYOTA KIRLOSKARS .
