No updates buddy !! have you ever felt going for upsize of tyres ?? In my opinion it is required to go for 185 sections for better grip.

How is ABS experience on your car

Hi gurrala,

Not yet sir. Still running on stock 165 Bridgestone's. So far never felt any issues with the grip.

But should have plans for it in near future with alloys and a DieselTronic race chip.

Was not using the car actively. Odo is just at 3000 now.

Yes ABS did work recently when I was driving at 140 kmph and an arrogant auto wala tried to cut the lane on NH7 suddenly without a hint. I braked a lil harder than I do. ABS kicked in, vehicle didn't loose its stance but stopped in linear slow speed and I felt kind of ticking in the break pedal.

A day before in Advance Got the Whole Floor Matting installed, Steering Cover & Custom stitched Seat covers. Attaching the pics.

Whole floor matting is doing its job great. People getting in and out of the car with muddy foot wear and that made it look messy. But just few wipes with Damped cloth made it look NEW again. Wonder Mat to keep the car new always from the inside. And this covered from the front end of the car all the way till the end of the Boot.
Need some help on Floor Matting installation done in your car, as i am planning the same in my car too How are you finding the car mat, also let me know on the material bought by you and any problems you faced

Easy Buddy,

Choose which ever car accessories shop you prefer and ask them the same. They will have these contacts. Just a phone call from them such guys come there and install it in your presence.

This matting is a life saver if your interiors get dirty easily. You see the factory made flooring material in your car from maruti is good only till it gets dirty pain starts when u actually get down and dirty to clean it. At some point u feel better to give up. But this matting is layed and glued perfectly. Once done you can use any cheap quality foot mats on it. Even the so called low quality mats couldn't stop the dirt it can't go past this plastic + rubber kind of material. All you have to do is give a wet wipe and voila its new as day 1.

Till date no issues. Strong as ever no tears nothing. The material itself is strong enough and flexible.

Good luck. Safe Driving.

Hi,

Looking for floor matting and got the following quote for my Ritz.

Transparent Plastic - Without removing the seat 1800/- <- Thats all.

Covering the whole area with complete seat removed 1400/- per role (may need two role) with 300/- labour charge .

Please can you comment this quotes are reasonable.

The shop is a famous one in my area / locality for MOD jobs and accessories .

Hi Arjitb,

I think they are quoting very high. For me it was 1500/- all inclusive. As the quote given to you it would be around 3100/- for two rolls. And that is ridiculous. Please check with other shops for the price difference. The other option you mentioned transparent plastic cover may have reliability issues as the floor is the most abused area of the entire car.

Please be patient and try to find other shops price offering I'm sure you can get a better deal. Famous/Branded shops you approach higher the price will be.

Hello, Folks.

Missed the TAI for a while. Been busy with life. Wasn't really using my car much (below 4K on Odometer).

But have a quick update. Every Ritz owner know's how its a pain to drive this little guy while its raining heavily. So decided to do something about it. (Well its not monsoon yet[roll] )

Ordered this from Ebay from one of the enthusiasts for 499. Will review the same on Weekend.

Note: I purchased this product and not promoting the same for any Manufacturer.

Upcoming Purchase plans:

1. Proklear Rinseless/waterless wash
2. Ultima Paint Guard plus
3. Clay bar / Elastrofoam
4. Poorboys's Sr 2.5

Peace...[;)]

Hello, Folks.

Just a quick update. Acquired couple of items that just has been delivered to me today. Now the list is down to just Two.

1. Proklear Rinseless/waterless wash (Can get this in less than one day, one of my friend is selling so easy)
2. Ultima Paint Guard plus (Got it)
3. Clay bar / Elastrofoam
4. Poorboys's Sr 2.5 (Got it).

Anyone has any idea where can i get a Clay bar in Hyderabad? (Do not want to spend excess of 1500 for a clay bar likes of Bilt Hamber). Have a seller in Delhi but he seems to be busy at the moment. Without Clay bar all the products i have purchased have to wait. [anger]
