Bhai I bought it in Hong Kong ,450us dollars for the tablet 130us dollars for the type cover / keyboard .

Baba re in only 38000 according to Indian Rupee

It is indeed a wonderful device , plus the new 8.1 update1 will make it even more functional

It is not officially available in India. Best possible option is to order it from someone traveling from USA or UK or Hong Kong.

In that case what would be the warrantee coverage? generally stuff you buy in US/Canada have local warrantee not acknowledged here in India unless its a international warrantee. So you might want to be sure before you take that option IMO.

Yes , I knew before hand about the warranty thing , plus I have a promoter of mine who keeps on going to Hong Kong every 15 days so in case something goes wrong I can have it changed too .

So better option is to wait till Microsoft launches it officially or look for a other alternative .

1. Is it Surface 2 pro or just Surface 2?
2. What is the ROM of your device if surface 2 then 32gb or 64gb? if surface 2 pro then 64gb, 125gb or 512 gb????

1) it is surface 2
2) quad-core nvidia tegra 4 cpu and 2gb of ram.
3) capacity 32gb

That's one hell of a gadget you got there mate! Absolutely loved the pics you have shared and Surface 2 with oh the so lovely looking 925 was the pick of the lot.

I was never a MS fan until they came up with the Metro/Modern UI. A UI which is radically different and so beautiful to look at and what functionality. I love the live tiles!

I am sure with WP 8.1 also round the corner, MS will see more people jumping to its ecosystem.
