Sure, I will give here my car’s Philips XV low / high beam pictures, taken today in my mobile camera. I will get you some better pictures later.
I am also giving a comparison of Honda Jazz head light beam (same bulbs) - Stock vs. Philips XV, picture from one web site.
You can also check up this site which I indicated earlier: Philips X-Treme Vision Vs. Osram Night Breaker Plus - Page 41
Hello Doctor,

You are still using Those Philips Xtream Vision on Albus? How are they performing?
Now a Days Philips Xtreme Vision Plus +130% are up in the market which is I think more powerful then +100% bulbs.

Product Link: Philips X-Treme Vision H4 Headlight Blub (Set Of 2Pcs): Amazon.in: Car & Motorbike

Any one have experienced the performance of those bulbs? If they are good then it will be helpful for other member to get the cheap up-gradation of headlights. [:)]

Yes, Harshad.
No issues so far and Philips Xtreme Vision Plus +130% are the present ones.
It is definitely better than OE Halogen & safe, but will be a disappointment to those who expect a miracle like a Projector Lamp.
I am interested in H4 CREE LED but afraid of 6000K temperature, as our Indian COP may dislike it.

Mine stopped working few months back. So back to OE for now.

So another update on my city is that some mad dog was so pissed off he went on biting spree all over my car inside out, yes inside too.(engine area). Few days back my car cleaning guy called me and asked me to comedown asap. So when I went to check what happened, wow from front to top to back everywhere dogs's footprints. I started checking everywhere and found so many scratches that I couldnt count, most of them are minor will go away with rubbing I guess. He literally pulled and gave deep bite marks on front right mudgaurd, front bumper has his teeth marks few are them so deep that I can see through them.

Well story is not ended here or should I say horror story? let me further explain what he did. So after morning check went to get home cursing that mad dog. we(me and wify) had made plant to go for movie(Mohenjo Daro). So when tried to start the car, no cracking at all tried many times. I thought well battery might have died(just replaced few months back) so called up reliance road assistance which is free. For jump start the car, found that battery is all ok, then started to look inside what happened and found that dog is literally cut the copper wire(its super strong and heavy duty), not only that I saw marks on coolant hose and when I checked my hand was drenched in coolant

So called RSA again and asked for flatbed truck only(see the pics, its rare site and sad to see Honda city on flatbed).

Went to RingRoad Honda Gurgaon, SA was stunned to see so much damage, he said sir we dont keep these starter wire as its never required to replace in car's full life We have to order it and due to holiday it might take time. So went home heartbroken with sad face that I wont have my car with me and thinking about why that dog was so pissed off to do such things. Got call from SA saying car is ready was happy to see my car running perfectly bill amount was Rs.3015/- for coolant hose and starter wire.

Well story still not ended here, when I got car and thought being happy with not huge bill I found that AC wasnt cooling half way home, when came back to service center found that compressor is not starting at all. SA asked me to visit next day as it was late evening and no electrician at service center. So when visited next day found that one more pipe got leaked due to dogs bite. Another day at service center and another bill Rs.3650/- So that dog cost me 8days without car plus 6665/- till now and I m not even counting scratches removing cost which might be another 3-4k. Planning to visit 3M showroom they do excellent job.

Not only this my central locking stopped working partially since then, unlocking isnt working only locking with remote works. For unlocking I need to use key.

MY ALBUS: NEW SHARKFIN ANTENNA

View attachment 205489

Recently, I purchased a new shark fin antenna to make my ALBUS to look on par with 4th Gen ANHC.
I give my observations here and also what all I did to make it perfect.

OLD ONE: Newest design special car With blank radio shark fin antenna signal shark fin with 3M adhesive for VW polo Bora-in Aerials from Automobiles & Motorcycles on Aliexpress.com | Alibaba Group

PROS: Branded (ANGENA), excellent finish, Thick shell, Excellent Reception (Even some AM bands I could receive clearly)
CONS: Internals – made out of metal spring and copper wire, look crude; Base is not curved, shorter design but Ok to get placed. Paid @13 dollars

NEW ONE: Car shark fin antenna FM Radio Signal Plus for Cadillac/VW /Ford /chevrolet/Nissan/Peugeot/Toyota/lexus/Honda/KIA/Hyundai/buick-in Aerials from Automobiles & Motorcycles on Aliexpress.com | Alibaba Group

PROS: Branded (SANHOO), Very Good finish, Base is curved -sits properly, longer design- almost looks like OE, and internals look premium, Good Reception, Cheap @ 7.35 dollars
CONS: Thin shell (May be good to receive signals), AM bands are weak (Seller has indicated this), leaves an opinion to a consumer like me that it is weaker than the one I purchased earlier.

As I wanted the new one to work still better, I removed the internals from old one to add the same in place of the new one for better reception if possible. But, I did not do it as the new one picked up and started working equally well.

Recommendations:

This new antenna what I and CRACING purchased is good and value for money. If you are in weak FM zone or keen on other Radio Bands like AM stations, you have to go with the OE (Rubber_Ducky_Antenna) only or ready to make some homemade modifications.
Debugging is important / test before you stick this antenna on the car roof, when the signal is fine and then paste it.
If your car is not an ANHC, please choose and order the rightly designed base for the car roof – Curved of Flat type.

NOTE:
I even thought of making my own internal spring and wire to put into the new one to make it better, but later I found out antenna spring is not just a spring and it is a science. The quality of the reception is based on lambda (wavelength), OR f (frequency) (m) OR (MHz) and it in turn depends up on the design of spring - D (Diameter)(cms) / Z (Characteristic Impedance)(Ohms) / G (Antenna Gain)(dBi).

…he he… stopped exploring further as the New Antenna started performing well to my satisfaction.

Hello doctor,

Not a good idea. The city headlamp unit is not correctly designed I think.
Even high quality LED don't give adequate light. In fact the visibility gets worse in the night on highways.

I finally put 130/100 Philips H4 halogens. Cost me 2000/- all inclusive

Works like a charm. Really really bright. Installed them about 6 months ago.
Have not had any complaints about the light issue since.

Hie. Good to know that you have using it.
How often you drove in night?
Any issues on Reflective glass, like burning marks or black marks due to excessive heat?

I am worrying for that only.

I've been using them for the past 6 months.
Must have done a few thousand kilometers of night driving at least.

No signs of any damage to the lens or reflectors.

Hello Dr.!
I have been going through your posts from last 8 months and the level of information provided in your posts are just mind blowing, after reading your post I have ordered most of the things for my Honda City 2009 S-MT.
Now its time to upgrade new shoes for my beast (having stock tyres and rims), as suggested by TSIVipul we must go for 195/65 for 5.5J rims/alloy and 195/60 for 6J rims/alloy.
Upgrading to 195 section tyres will reduce the fuel efficiency so I thought of upgrading to 185/65, Please suggest can I go ahead and change to 185/65?

My greetings to all. My opinion on headlights: As felt by all, I also did not like the intensity of the original bulbs so changed with Philips Xtreme Vision +100%. Initially it seemed to be whiter and brighter by 20% (not 100% !) but after few months, this also felt to be inadequate. Then used single 130/100 Philips bulb in left with original wiring and 65W in right. Again the illumination of left side seemed to be increased by around 30% (yes, dont think it will increase according to the wattage). But after some time, the plastic holder of original wiring melted and then I rectified my error: immediately fitted appropriate relay wiring harness (of Philips only) with ceramic holders and 130w bulbs on both sides. However the light kept on flickering slightly. Dont know if the relays were playing funny or the car's electrical system was reacting against the higher load. Anyways, recently my car met with an accident and right side headlamp was changed. Now I am realizing that the older left one has brownish tint at reflector and the outer transparent coating is also damaged. Dont know its age or excessive heating of 130W bulbs. Now I am using Philips Xtreme Vision Plus +130% and, with my past experiments, can suggest that this is the best bet for the Honda city lighting. Light is no lessesr than 130w and is safe also. Last point: Throw of my Alto k10 is surprisingly better than the City. The illumination of road is much uniform and somehow I feel that the visibility on roads is also better even with the OEM bulbs. May be the reason behind this impression is that I drive K10 in city only and never drive on highways in night. But the throw is better than City for sure.

Welcome to TAI forum and ANHC family. [clap]

I have upgraded my Honda City 2009 tyres to 195/60 R15 few months ago but I didn't notice reduction in the fuel efficiency. Wheels are stock alloys having width of 5.5 inch. I should have opted for 195/65 but somehow felt they are bigger for wheel well. Recently I have driven 100km per day for 4-5 days on highway and got 16+ km/l.

Wider tyres may reduce the fuel efficiency but 195/60 has diameter variance of 1.07% whereas 185/65 has 2.14%. Please find out how this affects the mileage.

In 185/65 R15 size, you can get Michelin ENERGY XM2. 2nd option Bridgestone TURANZA AR20. Others are not so good.

Hie, Sorry to here about accident.
So you mean that Philips Xtreme Vision Plus +130% is more powerful then 130W bulbs??
I have doubt on this as on other forums many of the user stated if you want good lights upgrade then go for Wiring harness with Higher Bulbs.
Reflector fading is usual due to high power & heat of the bulb. That is the only issue with this cheap upgrade.

@HaruH.... not more powerful but somehow the illumination (as I said earlier also) is "no lesser" than 130w. May be the 130w were fitted for a long time when accident happened hence transition for me was from 130w in older/faded/browned reflector to XV+130% in new reflector. This might be giving me impression that both have almost same illumination. However, I still suggest to go for Phillips+130% with original wiring if you dont travel excessively in night. Remember, my reflector went noticeably brownish in just 2 years with 130w bulbs and reflectors (complete housing with labor) cost more than Rs. 12 k for a pair!

Thanks for the good advice. Yes, ANHC Head lights are of delicate design.

I also feel the same and noting at the cost of head light reflectors as they are one of the beautiful parts of a car!

Thanks for your appreciation and please go by CRACING suggestion – 195/60/15 for peace of mind. Michelin suggests that both 60 and 65 are compatible for 5 -6 j rims, but 60 will be lighter and universally accepted. I don’t think 185 is a correct choice as it is recommended only for 16 inch rim.
