Re: My New Chevrolet Enjoy

Got the seat covers installed, got it for a very good price. I had to pay 6,700 rs for these. Got it as a offer from Chevy dealer it self.

Tried to get a quote from other brands like Gsport, Ovion etc every thing was above 12k so over my budget.

The fitting is not upto mark.(I will sort it out soon) There were no much choices in colors / designs.

Finally the odo is 3400 now. Giving me a avg of 15 in city and highway (mix) with full time A/C. Hope it increases.

This weekend mod would be getting the door handles and mirrors painted by SS80.

Some pic's..

Great. I really thinking why i have not put seat covers for my sparky. It is in very bad state. Soon I might do that.

Varun, I wish you and anand live close to me[;)]. Am sure I will also learn to do lot of things.

Nice seats covers varun, but yes shows the rough work on edges where they are not firmly fitted and creasing along the side lines.

Today's DIY.. bought the noodle mats. (same as 3m mats) 55 rs per square feet.

Will post better pic's later.
Great update, But won't these mats be problematic to clean when it rains? Because i see those dirt getting deposited frequently.

No there would be no issues as it is washable. We can just tap it on the ground to remove the dust.

Re: My New Chevrolet Enjoy

Hi Varun, Hearty congratulations on your new car. May you enjoy your Enjoy and wish you very happy DIYs with your new car.
Nice choice of color also.
Loved the color combination of the instrument panel.
Dont get demotivated about what you experienced at the showroom when they saw you coming in Maruti 800. Even i have experienced same situation at many places. specially some MASS.
We all 800 owners know, how capable this small looking machine is and what magic it can do. So let people think what they want.
Just one suggestion- Dont forget your old friend (800) now.[;)]

Thanks.. me too loved the backlit of the instrument cluster. This is a common site when you have a 800. People say see he still has a 800 [frustration] I don't understand why people are having this taught/ mind set when we are not having it [confused]. Now a days even Nano is included to this list ha ha.

Any day 800 would be with me, I have learnt a lot of stuff, my passion towards cars grew up because of my 800..

Re: My New Chevrolet Enjoy

how did you fix it? and its possible in my alto rear seats?
In enjoy the seat had holes to fit the guide, if you want to do it in alto it is possible. You need to weld two rods to accommodate the guides. I have done the same on my 800. If you need pic's I can send it to you.

Varun bhai,
Even I want to do. Both my son and daughter find very difficult when they wanna nap in rear seat. Help me also.
Does any variant of Spark come with rear head rest ? You can follow the same as I have mention above.
