Hi Taidhana, I can here the road noise as of now. I am ok with it unless the car handles and stops fine.

Hi SS80, the engine noise increases post 130 kmph, till then the cabin is silent. There is no much improvement in the gear shifts. Engine is bit responsive now.

The car is at service center for past 4 days (given for 2nd free service) I have informed them to put in new oil and oil filter. I could hear a thud sound when even I go over a pot hole or a hump. They are unable to solve a issue. Still waiting for their reply.

Hi, as per ENJOY manual the oil service schedule is only at 15000km but u are saying at 2nd free service itself ! pls confirm it.

Even my car also feel that same noise during pot hole or speed breakers ! Suspension is very very soft this is the reason we are getting the noise.When we drive the car at fully loaded (8) at that time only the noise coming !

I won't call it 'trouble'.
Most performance tyres are noisy. Like wise, comfort tyres are quiter. The yoko ES100 and S drives are performance oriented tyres. They are noisy right from the start. Just that it gets aggravated once the tyres run a few thousand kilometers.

In this case, the stock tyres were changed for the sole reason of increasing the road grip. Noise is never a concern when you have a diesel

I was just talking from my own experience with S Drive. I guess noise because more and more audible after 20k kms and at one point was louder than engine noise too. And when I switched to Primacy LC, it was like driving a different car all together.

Yes, the schedule states oil change at 15k kms, I have got it done as a precautionary measure and it doesn't cost much. Its better to change the oil before 15k kms. For 2nd service you would need to change the transmission and differential oil.

The issue in your car is that the suspension is bottoming out at full loads, I don't have this issue as I have added spacer rings / suspension stiffeners.

Still the issue is not solved. Also getting grinding noise from the brakes.

^^That looks bad workmanship, still problems are not solved and they say that service is completed. What chevy guys are doing they already screwed up sail sedan and UVA with engine and FE problems and some how this Enjoy was selling some good numbers and they are on a row to spoil this too.

Hope they resolve the issues this time.

Dropped the car at Kropex, I had grinding noise on brakes (all 4 wheels). As per them they would replace the front disks and pads. Rear I have no clew what they would do.

There are initial problems right when the car was released.

Is GM QC worse than Tata Motors?

As far as my experience is associated with GM it's more or less the same. Maruti is much better in this aspect.

I thinks those problems pertained to Sail Sedan mainly.

Maruti QC is better than rest , but I guess Toyota and Honda are best.

All the companies are the same but he way of approach is bit different.

As you said there are few issues from beginning which have been sorted out.

I thinks those problems pertained to Sail Sedan mainly. Maruti QC is better than rest , but I guess Toyota and Honda are best.

Sail has a lot of issues when compared to Enjoy. The Indian version of enjoy is totally the same on the other countries except for the engine. Hope all the issues are sorted out and don't crop up again.

Just had a chat with service advisor, he said me the disks are removed for inspection need to wait till tomorrow.

Planning for a remap / tuning box in near future.

Hope you get your car soon with all problems sorted.
What will be the effect on warranty if you do Remap / tuning box tuning box??

If the you buy and get it installed from the Chevy after sales the Geeyem motors claims that its not void of warranty. But they only offer the red rooster box.

Finally got back the car with more issues created by the service center. Will post the details later.

The front disks and pads were replaced under warranty. Now the braking as improved a lot. As per them all the Enjoys manufactured before Aug has this problem.
