Just back from TD which gave me answer for many queries haunting my mind since past couple of months
Answer for my own queries below:
1. Doors of BRIO will not lock automatically once it start moving. Need to go for aftermarket fitment for that feature including alarm.
2. I am using a WagonR VXi (1.1L 16 valves) with rear defogger now. But I have hardly used that defogger in my last 4 years with my existing car. So I think it will not be a deal breaker in my case. And most important is it was raining just now when i took TD. Though it was a slight drizzle, i never felt that the rear visibility is affected so much. And I am kind used to drive with ORVM instead of IRVM.
3. Boot space is limited. It is still a concern for me.
4. Can we call that as "headrest" really? I don’t think so. But I am not much concerned of this because 80% of the time car will be driven with vacant back seat.
5. After driving around 15Km through various roads (70% road was totally broken and was under construction and balance 30% highway) I am 80% satisfied with bad road behavior and 100% with highway FUN. The TD vehicle was 18000 KM on the ODO and here was slight pulling towards right side which I guess because wheel balancing not done recently.
I found the fabric trim shockingly missed in the door trims. SE said that there is no solution for that even no aftermarket fitment too. I scare that the paint will peel off once you start use that pocket continuously.
I am 90% OK with the performance and comfort offered by BRIO. Now it’s time to negotiate
I am getting an offer of 6.1L OTR in Bangalore on VMT with some freebies like Reverse parking sensor and Floor mats etc... But no extended warranty for 3rd and 4th year. How is the deal guys? Do you think still there is a margin to negotiate? This deal is against the pricelist showing 6.58L OTR for VMT (including 3rd & 4th year extended warranty and RSA). Anyway I am planning to visit another dealer in one or two days and will try for a comparison for better negotiation.

But its sure only BRIO nothing else this time[embarass]
Freebies like reverse parking sensor? bravo bravoe.
I tried convincing the Magnum honda guy, but he would not budge [evil]

I am getting my V(metalik) morrow with only Flor mats and Car cover free [anger]

Booked honda brio smt.

Re.color:urban titanium looks little dull in front of red/white.silver,blue,black were never my options hence it was a real battle between red & white for me.

Although red looks superior to white & it actually enhance the beauty of the car but somehow i finally gone with taffeta white.

May get delivery in a week or so.
Congrats buddy, i somehow liked urban titanium, as REd/Blue are cliched colors.
I would never buy white/silver as the rain mud spoils the bumper and the front.

White will look ver very good, when maintained cleanly [:)]

The resurgence of white means that a typical white model can be worth several hundred pounds more after three years than an otherwise identical blue one.

In some cases, niche or sporting models prove especially popular in ‘quirkier’ colours and this accounts for the strong performance of pink and yellow cars.

But in the mainstream market for typical family cars, consumer tastes tend to be more conservative.

Chris Crow, chief editor at CAP, said: 'Over the last five years black, silver and grey all performed consistently in line with the overall market.

'However, colours such as blue, orange and red underperformed while gold, green, maroon and turquoise were complete howlers costing their unfortunate owners anywhere between four and six per cent against benchmark trade values.'

While colours such as indigo, pink, purple and yellow performed well this could reflect the niche and often sporty cars wearing them.

'They are therefore not representative of the run of the mill mass market,' said Crow.

'However, it is white cars which outperform the whole market beating other widespread colours, like blue, by up to six per cent and green by up to 8 per cent, depending on colour-type and condition.'

The findings may encourage new car buyers to consider how it will look to future owners when they come to sell it as a used car.

'Of course, it works the other way too - for the used car buyer there are real bargains to be had if you pick a less popular colour because most of the depreciation has already occurred,' added Crow.

Thanks nitin,

Interesting article about colors.

But as per your article it seems i have played little safe.

Brio SMT(O) OTR was 5.62 and I got it in 5.16 with car cover and mats. Is it good deal? Though SA told me today that Red colour in SMT(O) is short and dont know the expected time.
