4 things you will have to live without if u had them in your previous car
- rear washer
- defogger
- miniscule boot
- lack of low end torque
but if these 4 things are no deal breakers for you, brio is the car for you.
apart from one bad journey when it rained cats and dogs while on NH1 and the rear glass become dirty coz of of mud on the roads ( courtesy semi built flyovers) and back visibility became 0 , saving grace were the huge OVRM's.
low end torque will take time for you to get used to ( i am comparing it with my 1600cc S10) but as i have read and seen, its present in all Honda cars.
90% of cars u see on roads do not have rear washers hence u can also live with it.
if you are planning a vacation, you would be better off to first take your empty strolly bags to you car and try placing them since you do not want to change your luggage just minutes before u embark on a long journey.
Delhi winters are known to be tough when fog sets in. I paid 10k plus and got original fog lights installed. The wait would not be longer before they are put to test with winters creeping in. In normal usage at night, they have increased the flow of light which i think for me is handy.I do not think S(O) have them as stock.
horn is one thing which may bug you. I got mine changed. If you think of doing the same, do get the fuse changed to 20 amp.
If you plan to get after market arm rest installed, you will end up losing the space to keep 2 water bottles just behind the hand break. The car is wide enough so losing this space is not felt. But yes, try and get them fitted as back as possible so that you get ample space to change the gears. My friend after seeing mine, got arm rest installed and the mechanic left some space from the back, As a result he faced issues while changing the gear. He had to get them re installed.
